This place sucks, they don't stand by there products and want to act like they don't even care or know what good customer service is all about. I bought a vape and it leaked the day after I bought it and they tried to tell me it was my fault in which it wasn't. My friend brought me into this shop, it's right down the street from my house and i've never been in but after he brought me in i've decided that it's one of my favorite smoke shops. The staff is very cool and nice. I felt comfortable asking them any questions, they responded without making me feel dumb about what I was asking. The glass that is available in the shop is also BEAUTIFUL and i could easily spend any amount of money in any glass piece. I'm excited for my next visit! read more

nice staff and have custom blowing glass demos in house. spend enough money and become VIP for life which is 10% of everything forever. it's one of the more laid back shops although cater to high quality glass from artists locally. if memory serves me, they are the only place to repair broken pieces. I had a brand new multiple hundred dollar piece break on me before even trying.. $60 was all they charged and the piece looks identical. read more

My second time going into the store ever, picked up a simple $10 adapter from a clerk working there named Dominic. Get home place it in, and it cracks. I figure maybe the piece Was warped, I put it back together place it in there and it teetered back-and-forth, peace was totally warped. So I go back which is a 15 mile drive mind you. I was super polite about it try to explain to the man I had spoken to that the piece was warped. He says "I don't know what I can do for you man." I've ran a smoke shop in Durango, I know how much those tiny ass pieces actually cost on DH gate... And most importantly I know how customer service works, this is probably one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had. From the moment I came in to first buy the adapter Dominic was offputting and rude...Won't be coming back here anytime. And certainly won't be Recommending this shop to any of my other glass collecting friends. Which is a shame because there are some true gems in the cases in that shop. read more

The 1st reviewer pretty much said it all, but here's my personal take. My hubby & I love It's All Goodz, our fav place to go piece shopping! We've bought multiple pieces over the years, which are all resting in pieces now, except our amazing bubbler from the "middle case" that we barely use in fear of it breaking like the rest eventually do. Any how, we stopped in this past Tuesday night for a new piece. It's been over a year since we last came here because we moved out of the area & had been checking out other places near us. We've always had good experiences but the guy we dealt with this time was a dick! He was so rude & made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked to look at a few different ones, sorry to make you get off the computer dude! That didn't affect my rating though, since this was the 1st time we encountered a douche bag employee. We ended up getting a pretty sweet piece that I should have taken a pic of! We'll be back for sure, just hope we don't have to deal with that guy again. read more

The staff is not helpful for Vape supplies at all! They didn't even advise the correct way to fill tanks. Tried to overcharge me. Seems the only items want to pay attention to was glass smoking items and selling small baggies for other related items for sale. We don't need this type of store in a nice family area. read more

Just when I think I'm set for a while and I don't need anything else, I walk in to It's All Goodz and always find something I can't leave without. I recently put down the cigarettes after picking up one of their e-cig pens and it's been great! The glass selection is incredible (these guys have been blowing glass in house for over 10 years) and the customer service was above any smoke shop I've ever walked in to.
