I showed her a picture and she cut it a good 2 inches shorted than I wanted if not more. She also used thinning shears on my coarse wavy hair which destroyed my curl pattern and created frizz that no product can fix. I am now investing in expensive professional haircare products to try to manage the damage while waiting for it to grow out. I would not trust this stylist with any hair type, especially wavy or curly hair. She clearly does not understand hair texture!!!!!

All the people that work there seem very nice - it's a very pleasant atmosphere. The place can get a little crowded during peak hours but I normally come in later in the day when things are a little quieter. They keep the place spotlessly clean - not an easy task in that business. Parking is very convenient as they are located in a modest sized mall. I can normally park right outside the door. There are enough men (like me!) that get their hair cut there that I don't feel self-conscious about it. I plan to continue to go there to get my hair cut for the foreseeable future.
