When I first hired Jon Boles and Avintiv Media for my business coaching I was at the early stages of launching a new product and I was confused and overwhelmed with the options available. I have a saying that has guided me in my fitness career: "Don't take health or nutrition advice from a fat person." There is a distinction between KNOWING and DOING and I believe the most effective coaches have gone Through the Pain into the Promise Land. Jon truly is this coach. After working with Jon within weeks I paid for the program, by the end of it I have I have nearly tripled my investment, and I will be starting my next round of coaching within weeks. Jon provided me the systems, strategy and support to bring an idea through execution. He was knowledgeable, prompt and very effective. The greatest gift Jon gave me was laser focused CLARITY of PURPOSE. If you are considering a business coach for the launch or creation of anything fitness related, branding, design, marketing or sales support I highly recommend Jon Boles and his team at Avintiv Media. Worst title company experience of my life. I was the seller and we closed on a Friday. Recorded…read morearound noon which meant the funds should have hit my account the same day. At least that was what I was promised. But that did not happen. Problem #1: They said they forgot to "hit the button" to wire my funds. Which meant I would have to wait until Monday to get my proceeds. Selling your house might involve the largest amount of money you'll ever handle. So it's pretty disappointing when the lack of quality control means you have to sweat it out all weekend. Problem #2: Monday morning rolls around, they swear they've sent my funds first thing that morning. I stress out all day checking my account. NO FUNDS. Finally I get another phone call. "Oh so sorry. We transposed your account number so the wire was kicked back." We'll send it out tomorrow morning. Seriously?! Awesome quality control First Arizona Title. Unbelievable. Well we all understand how great businesses work. Mistakes happen, so when it's your fault, you own up to it and do all you can to make it right. Well nothing was offered so I asked. Is there anything you can do to compensate me for these delays, for your mistakes? Uh, no, we can't do that. Not some kind of discount or financial make-good, not a bottle of wine or champagne, not a Starbucks gift card, nada, zip, zilch. One star is really too high of a rating for these morons. Please Yelp, we need zero star ratings. First Arizona Title has earned it.

I'd heard of this company. I needed to start a new farm. Right around that time, they cold called…read moreme. The guy hard sold me the "Power Farm" which is a $500 monthy minimum spend with a year's contract. I wasn't offered any alternatives and was sold on how great this was and that I'd get seller leads. This salesman seemed annoyed with the fact that I didn't want to spend any more than the minimum and I felt rushed to select my farming area. I selected my areas using their transfer rate and agent saturation map. It was difficult because there wasn't much to choose from in which the numbers worked. Six months in, I've had 4 people provide their email address. I expected that the QR code I provided would lead to my landing page. In that case, my leads would be captured and put on a drip, immediately. I'm paying for 500 and only 491 seem to be on the list so I wanted to be added to the list so I could see the postcards the recipients were receiving. I couldn't add myself. After a couple of months, I decided to order a postcard to be sent to myself. I clicked the QR code and it brought me to their page. Granted, each QR code is different and knows the street address. It gives them a vague number. Another 3 people clicked the code and did not provide their email address. They don't ask for a phone number. Another huge issue is that I receive an email to alert me of click throughs leads but I have to click a link to see the lead. The email doesn't have the contact information in it. Unless your CRM works with Zapier, there's no way to get the leads into your CRM except for manually and, in this case, you also have to tag, manually and start them on the email drip, manually. There are no notifications so, if you're out or asleep, you can't hit up your lead immediately. I've been asking for help with this and they "can't" help me. I've spent hours trying to find a workaround. They don't allow you to add an email address to your Wise Pelican account so that the lead would go to your lead capture email address. I've tried forwarding the mail from them to my CRM and the CRM cannot read the lead (because you have to click the link in the email to view it). I had to learn all this as I went. Every other lead generation company I've used sends leads directly to my CRM. I don't think expectations of tech to work is unreasonable in 2026 but I've spent so many hours trying to find a fix because their customer service has no idea. One of the reps suggested I export the list (which is the dumbest advice ever given that only one lead drips in at a time). I'm in $3000 at this point. Postcard #6 just went out (another $500). I sent an email to service demanding that my account be canceled. I got a phone message and tried to call back. I believed that the Power Farm would work but it doesn't at all.

I was searching for a marketing firm that was honest, understood my goals, was on my side, and wanted to win together. That's when Viirl hit all those and more. I had over a half a dozen calls with other agencies that simply didn't get it. They lacked data tracking, an experienced team, some had customer service issues, and didn't understand my actual needs. I went to an event by the Phoenix Dimes and it was the most disorganized, disappointing event…read more Tickets were $160-$250 a piece and they did not follow through on a single one of their event expectations. I would not recommend this company. I believe it is a scam from how awful the event was. Details: the event promised food, drinks, appetizers, networking, private jet tour, exotic cars, after party and a chance to win a night in Vegas with a flight on a private jet. This event was not set up for over an hour after the start time, there was no more than 40 people in attendance and most were the people running it. They ran out of liquor, food, and did not have enough silverware. There was no jet, no exotic cars, no raffle, no after party and hardly anyone to network with. The most frustrating part of this event was that it was held on a Friday afternoon in which I had my business partner and I take the day off to network and enjoy but instead it was complete waste of time and money. I was truly for bringing him to this event.
