I'd heard of this company. I needed to start a new farm. Right around that time, they cold called me. The guy hard sold me the "Power Farm" which is a $500 monthy minimum spend with a year's contract. I wasn't offered any alternatives and was sold on how great this was and that I'd get seller leads. This salesman seemed annoyed with the fact that I didn't want to spend any more than the minimum and I felt rushed to select my farming area. I selected my areas using their transfer rate and agent saturation map. It was difficult because there wasn't much to choose from in which the numbers worked. Six months in, I've had 4 people provide their email address. I expected that the QR code I provided would lead to my landing page. In that case, my leads would be captured and put on a drip, immediately. I'm paying for 500 and only 491 seem to be on the list so I wanted to be added to the list so I could see the postcards the recipients were receiving. I couldn't add myself. After a couple of months, I decided to order a postcard to be sent to myself. I clicked the QR code and it brought me to their page. Granted, each QR code is different and knows the street address. It gives them a vague number. Another 3 people clicked the code and did not provide their email address. They don't ask for a phone number. Another huge issue is that I receive an email to alert me of click throughs leads but I have to click a link to see the lead. The email doesn't have the contact information in it. Unless your CRM works with Zapier, there's no way to get the leads into your CRM except for manually and, in this case, you also have to tag, manually and start them on the email drip, manually. There are no notifications so, if you're out or asleep, you can't hit up your lead immediately. I've been asking for help with this and they "can't" help me. I've spent hours trying to find a workaround. They don't allow you to add an email address to your Wise Pelican account so that the lead would go to your lead capture email address. I've tried forwarding the mail from them to my CRM and the CRM cannot read the lead (because you have to click the link in the email to view it). I had to learn all this as I went. Every other lead generation company I've used sends leads directly to my CRM. I don't think expectations of tech to work is unreasonable in 2026 but I've spent so many hours trying to find a fix because their customer service has no idea. One of the reps suggested I export the list (which is the dumbest advice ever given that only one lead drips in at a time). I'm in $3000 at this point. Postcard #6 just went out (another $500). I sent an email to service demanding that my account be canceled. I got a phone message and tried to call back. I believed that the Power Farm would work but it doesn't at all. read more

In 2023 I hired Wise Pelican to do a series of mailers for me throughout the year. They required a 1 year commitment which I agreed to. I paid them $3234 to purchase enough credits to complete the mailing compaign for that year. I completed the last mailing in December of 2023. The mailers did not give me the desired target results and I have not done any mailings or purchased and products or services from Wise Pelican since 2023. Last Week I noticed a charge when I was scrolling through my online bank summary. The charge was from Wise Pelican on January 10, 2026. The charge was for $3234. After further research I discovered the same charge from Wise Pelican on January 10, 2025 and 2024. At no time did they send me any notice of these so called "renewal charges". They never sent me a receipt after they charged my card. They did not give me any kind of notice and they did not receive any authorization from me for these charges. I immediately contacted Wise Pelican and requested a refund for these charges totaling $9702. They "Escalated" my request before telling me that they will not be returning my money. I pointed out to them that they are clearly in violation of both Arizona and California online consumer laws but they do not seem to care. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Wise Pelican, primarily due to poor customer service and a lack of accountability. After placing an order, I contacted them to stop it from going out. Despite my request, they proceeded anyway and charged me in full. Communication was slow and unhelpful, and my concerns about canceling or resolving the issue were not handled promptly or professionally. To make matters worse, there was no meaningful effort to correct the situation--only an offer of a discount on a future order, which is not a solution when the current order was mishandled. As a real estate professional who relies on timing and accuracy in marketing, this level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Wise Pelican based on my experience and would advise others to proceed with caution. read more

Horrible Customer Service, beware False advising and pricing. They sent out samples as a "courtesy" automatically as I was exploring their website template and since it to a address I don't live at on top of that. Real estate agents beware. Do not put any of your information into their website! I called to speak to a representative to resolve them sending samples with all of my contact information without me authorizing them to and I spoke with Terrell who should be fired as he has zero customer service or resolution skills. read more

pricing compared to the actual service offered is pretty bad. Cancelling the service was a bad experience. The customer service when dealing with that was bad. They were short and not understanding to the flaws on there end. I ended up paying $99 for a month of service I won't use. The representatives name was Jazraell. read more

after I signed up for a 3-month period, they told me that the date I signed up on is the exact date that I must always mail from. They wouldn't allow me to change my mailing dates that I could send from. I gave them 544 mailing addresses and the first month they mailed to 487. The second month, different postcard, same mailing address, and they only sent to 149. The third month, I used same emailing address, as they said it was fixed, but post office shows they only sent 3! I have all the proof, including phone conversation where their senior sales lady said that I can change mailing dates - of course. And then same lady after first mailing saying sorry, policy change, can only now mail same date I signed up. After using Wise Pelican for the last 5 years I received one of my postcards with some kind of printing error spot. It wasn't damaged by the post office, it was obvious that it was some kind of error on the part of the printer. They would not budge. I did a mailing to my neighborhood with over 600 units. I've had delivery issues with the list I bought. It's very outdated. I've lived at my address since 2016 and they still got it wrong. Then, I tried to talk to them about my problems, and they just ignore me. Okay, so I wasn't 100% courteous, I may have called them "captain obvious" but that doesn't deserve my support ticket being closed with my problems unresolved. Jerks! read more

Makes putting together & sending real estate post cards so easy! The price is reasonable because of the time savings (time is money), and these cards are professional and effective. We've had several calls and leads that have converted to sales, more than cover the cost. Remember with all direct marketing though - it's not a one and done. We didn't get those leads from just 1 mailing. You will have to be regularly "present" in your market, however you choose to do that. read more

I like Wise Pelican for the templates they have already created. However, the editing of those templates, beyond basic fill-in information, is not user friendly. It does say that the advanced editing is for graphic designers, but was hoping I could navigate it as a "lay person" who designed tons of stuff in other programs. I couldn't. In the past I have have amazing service with Wise Pelican, this last order they from the ball. I placed a print and ship order over a week ago. I was told I would have that order in 2 to 6 days. When I checked this last week, the order still had not been printed and I am yet to even receive a tracking number on the order. When I called customer service they made it seem like a huge thing that it was going to be expedited shipping. I paid the $20 for expedited shipping when I place the order. I asked them just to cancel my order since it had not been printed yet, and I will go to local printer to have it done. This was a huge thing to them and transferred me to three different people to discuss canceling the order. I finally said if they would just refund the $20 expedited shipping and get my order out to me that day that I want to cancel the order. I was assured that the order would be shipped that day.
