Short of picking up the telephone, it's extremely frustrating to say the least. I work from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. and do not have the luxury of picking up my telephone during the day to chat about personal matters. Signarama Peoria has a website with a CONTACT US form, they also have a Facebook page with the Messenger app installed and they also have (2) different e-mail addresses. I contacted them on Dec. 11, Dec. 13, Dec. 17, Dec. 18 and again on Dec. 21. No one has called me. No one has contacted me via Facebook. No one has responded to any of my e-mails. I can't comment on their rip-off prices because I can't even get anyone to contact me or reply to my inquiry. So sad. If you're going to offer the consumer all of these various methods to contact you as a business, I would suggest you employ people to monitor those methods. If I could pick up the telephone during normal business hours, I would. Don't offer me the capability to contact you via Facebook, your website and via e-mail and then force me to pick up the telephone. Evidently, Signarama Peoria has so much business - they don't need mine. I guess all of their current customers don't work regular hours during the week. Merry Christmas! :)

I submitted a request for a new project (two simple, interior privacy window vinyls) online on July 29 and didn't hear back for 4 business days, so I emailed on August 4, to which they responded "We didn't receive your request. We will call you tomorrow to discuss it." Ok, no big deal, and they did call the next day. We discussed project parameters and they said they needed exact measurements, which I provided the following day on August 6 and they said they would work up a quote and mockup by Friday August 7. The same lady who I had just given the measurements to on August 6 called on August 7 to ask for the measurements. I told her I had given them to her yesterday and she asked if I gave them to the other employee. I told her no, I gave them to *her* and then gave them to her again during that phone call. She said they'd have a quote for me sometime the following week and I reminded her that just the day before she said she could have the quote for me by Friday (now the same day we were speaking). She said they were just so busy and she didn't know if it would be possible but "if we said we'd do it today we'll try to do it today." My problem with this was not that there was a delay in receiving the quote (it's a sign -- delays happen and no one is going to die because we couldn't install a sign) but that every interaction with any of their team members clearly pointed to the disorganization, lack of communication, and flippant attitude going on within and coming from their team. Anyway, now it's September 23 and I still haven't received the quote. I went with another company.

I was in a bind because it came on the day of my boyfriend's birthday so I desperately called David asking if he can help. He wasn't sure if he could fix it until he could look at it but told me to come on in and he'd be honest with me if repair was possible/ worth it. When I got there he took me back to his workshop and it was really cool. I kind of have a weird fascination with neon signs, so it was really fun to pick his brain about the process and his clients. We chatted for about an hour as he assessed/ fixed my sign and let me tell you, David is a really cool, accomplished guy so I knew I could trust his professional opinion. Unfortunately the sign was beyond repair, but he came up with a solution to salvage what was working. The best part? He only charged me $10!! I only had $5 in my wallet and he took it instead. He also told me he normally runs a $60 minimum... what a guy! I cannot say enough kind words about David! I came frantic and stressed out, and left content and impressed.
