Towing for my car was arranged through Allstate Motor Club. The car was having an issue and the check engine light was on but I was able to get it home. I was told it would be a 1 and 1/2 to 2 and 1/2 hour wait. After 2 hours they called. I was laying my granddaughter in her crib for a nap when they called. I got my phone and called them right back. I was on hold for a couple of minutes. While on hold I got a message from my roadside assistance that I Tow towing cancelled my service request, they said I didn't need towing service!! It was only 4 minutes between the time they called me and the time the cancellation message came through. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! The absolute worst company and people I've ever dealt with. Got screamed at and cussed at by the front desk lady. Cops got called because she would not provide photos or reason for the tow. This company is the worst and is getting taken to court by me and multiple other patrons on account of breaking my vehicle from their lousy tow. They are unprofessional - will charge you $400 for your car back and will damage your vehicle. They also have blocked my number and will not take accountability for the damage done to my car. The ugly troll (woman) that answers the phone is so disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional. They towed my car, I went to pick it up & they had another car blocking me in from the back, I told her & she told me that I had enough space. I had to go back & forth until I got my car out. I got home & was finally able to walk around my car & noticed damage to my bumper. I immediately called to notify (about 15-18min from when I left) she told me to call the next day & speak with Joe, She also stated that they take pictures of the vehicles before they tow. I finally was able to speak with him the next day, sent him images, as he advised. He then sent me images of the video camera & said that my car was not damaged. They are grainy & far away, of course you can't see it. Spoke with the woman after & she began to yell over the phone, completely disrespectful & unprofessional. I'm a general manager for a large scale community. We've used iTow's services for many, many years to help with parking enforcement. Over that time, I've received a lot of negative feedback regarding the attitude of the lady that works onsite at the yard. I've also had a board member's Tesla damaged from improper towing. The last straw was them violating AB 2210 regarding unconditional release of a vehicle. A member of the community interrupted a tow while the vehicle was still on private property, and the law entitles him to *unconditional* release if interrupted before it's on public road; however, the tow driver played games, made threats, and refused to drop the vehicle without key, registration, ID, and the $150 drop fee. With the owner present and his wallet out, the driver took off with his vehicle and charged him double to retrieve it from the yard. He had no right to demand those items or ID while still on private property. This is a legal misdemeanor, subject to a $2500 and/or three months in jail. In addition, a victim is entitled to 4x the fee they paid to retrieve their vehicle in small claims court. We intend to pursue misdemeanor charges if they don't make my resident whole. Needless to say, iTow is no longer welcome in our community and we've partnered with a different tow yard. Know your rights under AB 2210 to protect yourselves from predatory tow practices. read more

Geico sent Mario out for an after-hours tow from my house to a service center. He called to confirm details and give me a time estimate, which was only about 30-45 minutes. When he arrived he was friendly, asked for an overview of the problem, and offered to try to address it with a jumpstart instead of a tow, which I appreciated. I did want it towed for service and could not ride along so he told me he would send photos after he dropped the car off, which he did. ITow towed my vehicle this morning. No big deal, it's their job. When inspecting my vehicle in noticed a scratch on my rim that looks brand new. Flecks of the paint still fresh in the scratch and the only clean area on the Rim (see pictures). I ask the lady at the front desk, who's completely rude and in able to do anything. Ask the driver and guy who acted like he may be in charge and of course it was a straight refusal to do anything helpful. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! My vehicle was taken from my neighborhood where my car was parked with the emergency brake on. Called into the establishment and was greeted by a rude and dismissive lady who was mumbling and didn't make any sense. After I picked up my vehicle my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and started to beep at me stating my CVT was malfunctioned as well as my emergency brake. Didn't even leave the property before I confronted the lady at the front desk and was later told that there is no damage on the vehicle and was also told "what you like me to do about it". Then they slammed the cover on the front desk window and refused to communicate with us further. When I called into the establishment to get a complaint number and or email I was put on hold every single time I called back and was refused to be given any information until someone else answered the phone. The email I was given doesn't even exist. I do have family members who have been in the towing business for over 30+ years and are well knowledgeable on how to tow a vehicle properly. After talking with family member I was told the way and how it was towed was done incorrectly, which means that they don't know how to hire proper people who know how to tow a vehicle. They damaged my car broke in and broke my transfer case they towed me from my place of residence!!

Our Tesla lost all power inside our garage and it was no small feat to prepare it for towing to be serviced: the whells don't move, the charger was stuck, the doors wouldnt close without potentially breaking the glass, and on top of all this - our garage was at a 90 degree angle from our driveway (imagine doing a 3-point turn with a vehicle whose tires wont turn). Angel expertly figured out how to tap into the frunk and give the car enough power to prepare it for towing. His colleague Marco came over to help navigate and move the car out of the garage and secure it on the tow truck. Teslas are many times more difficult to tow vs gas powered vehicles, but Angel and Marco at iTow were very professional in how they managed my car.
