Fantastic service! I requested a tow truck from this company via my insurance. The tow truck was scheduled for 9:57am after I requested it at 8:50am. However, the tow truck ended up arriving about 10-15mins before the scheduled time. That is in less than an hour! Bryce was the driver. He was extremely respectful and had fantastic customer service. He verified the delivery address too and gave me an estimated time of arrival. This was helpful for me to let the mechanic know. Overall, I totally recommend this towing service. read more

Very disappointing experience with this towing company. Lisa was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. I was incorrectly told that only the owner of the leased vehicle could pick up the car, which was not true. A leased vehicle can be released with properly signed authorization documents from the owner/leasing company. What was most frustrating is that the correct document was only provided after I specifically asked about it myself. Instead of helping customers understand the process, I was given misinformation that caused unnecessary stress. I hope the company improves its customer service and provides accurate information to people dealing with already stressful situations. read more

I recently had to contact my car insurance for roadside assistance because my battery was dying and the 3rd party company they used to help me was ITow Towing. Bryce was the one who helped me out this day and he was so funny and uplifting and very helpful! I asked if he knew any places around the area that could help me get a new battery and he recommended PowerTron (see my previous reviews about PowerTron 5/5!!) I was very thankful to Bryce and wanted to give him 5/5 for being so kind and friendly and recommended such a helpful place to help with car batteries! Thank you so much!! 5/5! read more

Rude and illegal towing. In cahoots with apartments nearby to tow before parking issue can be addressed. $610 for tow, gate fee to get the he#% out of their dirty, tiny lot, and 'storage.' Shady business. No authorization from property owner prior to taking vehicle within less than a half hour of contact. read more

Towing for my car was arranged through Allstate Motor Club. The car was having an issue and the check engine light was on but I was able to get it home. I was told it would be a 1 and 1/2 to 2 and 1/2 hour wait. After 2 hours they called. I was laying my granddaughter in her crib for a nap when they called. I got my phone and called them right back. I was on hold for a couple of minutes. While on hold I got a message from my roadside assistance that I Tow towing cancelled my service request, they said I didn't need towing service!! It was only 4 minutes between the time they called me and the time the cancellation message came through. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! I would give them no stars if that was an option. read more

Illegally tows cars from local housing complexes. Lady at the front desk is a rude b**ch as well. My advice to people who have been towed from your own complex illegally; raise the issue at your HOA meeting and fight for them to refund your money! We did and forced Powerstone to have Patrolmasters & iTow to refund our money after illegally towing my wife's car. You will need to be persistent, as even after iTow was instructed to refund our fees the "lady" at the front counter made excuses and stalled for a month before finally being forced to refund the money by Powerstone. Also, the people who have noted they are in cahoots with Patrolmasters are absolutely correct. They make money by towing your vehicles and then charging your HOA for this "service" that you pay for! Why are HOA's so ignorant as to allow Powerstone, Patrolmasters, and iTow to do this? This is your choice owners! Go to your HOA meetings and elect board members that are competent and understand they don't have to sign up for these draconian policies that Powerstone advises. There's far lower cost & nicer ways to accomplish running an HOA & managing parking than dealing with these businesses that don't care about you & enjoy exploiting you for their own financial gains. read more

Shout out to Mario for the tow! He was very patient and helpful, arrived on time, got me in and out fast and overall a cool guy to talk to!

I can't thank ITow enough! On Labor Day, I got a flat tire and called AAA, but they gave me an estimated arrival of 1:30 AM. I didn't want to wait hours stranded, so I searched on Google and found ITow. Mario answered right away and told me he'd be there in 25 minutes, he showed up in just 15! He was amazing: so friendly, efficient, honest, and kind. He immediately put me at ease, took care of the situation quickly, and made what could have been a stressful night super easy. If you ever need fast, reliable, and genuinely kind service in Orange County, call ITow. They are also very affordable. Mario is the best, this is the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! read more

This company is awful. They are unhelpful and rude. They made a mistake on my bill and charged me 5 times what they were supposed to and then refused to correct their mistake. Do yourself a favor and never use this company read more

Mario was an angel. I was scared and tired after a long day and having my car break down for the first time in OC. He came earlier than my ETA, talked with me throughout the ride, and gave me car advice I will not forget. I was able to calm down and be levelheaded once we got to the Mechanic's. Mario went above and beyond to help me quickly switch mechanic locations when one turned out to be closed. Thank you, Mario! read more

He really went above and beyond to make a tough situation much easier. I highly recommend this towing company, especially if you're lucky enough to get Mario! read more

The absolute worst company and people I've ever dealt with. Got screamed at and cussed at by the front desk lady. Cops got called because she would not provide photos or reason for the tow. This company is the worst and is getting taken to court by me and multiple other patrons on account of breaking my vehicle from their lousy tow. They are unprofessional - will charge you $400 for your car back and will damage your vehicle. They also have blocked my number and will not take accountability for the damage done to my car. These people suck!! Looking forward to our court date read more

The ugly troll (woman) that answers the phone is so disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional. They towed my car, I went to pick it up & they had another car blocking me in from the back, I told her & she told me that I had enough space. I had to go back & forth until I got my car out. I got home & was finally able to walk around my car & noticed damage to my bumper. I immediately called to notify (about 15-18min from when I left) she told me to call the next day & speak with Joe, She also stated that they take pictures of the vehicles before they tow. I finally was able to speak with him the next day, sent him images, as he advised. He then sent me images of the video camera & said that my car was not damaged. They are grainy & far away, of course you can't see it. Spoke with the woman after & she began to yell over the phone, completely disrespectful & unprofessional. These people are dishonest, disgusting, disrespectful human beings & should not be in business. We look forward to seeing them in small claims court as they are not following their own policies of providing the images of my car before it was towed. read more

Words cannot describe how rude and awful this place is. They had my car and the woman who works there kept hanging up on me when I tried to get information. They charge a whopping $400 to tow your car which I do not even know if that's a legal amount. I can honestly say I have never been treated so rudely or charged so much. I would NEVER EVER use this company if it were voluntary; of course, they towed my car without my consent at my OWN HOUSE for NO reason so I can't say my situation was voluntary! read more

ITow towed my vehicle this morning. No big deal, it's their job. When inspecting my vehicle in noticed a scratch on my rim that looks brand new. Flecks of the paint still fresh in the scratch and the only clean area on the Rim (see pictures). I ask the lady at the front desk, who's completely rude and in able to do anything. Ask the driver and guy who acted like he may be in charge and of course it was a straight refusal to do anything helpful. I will pursue this by other means and be reporting them to authorities. read more

I'm a general manager for a large scale community. We've used iTow's services for many, many years to help with parking enforcement. Over that time, I've received a lot of negative feedback regarding the attitude of the lady that works onsite at the yard. I've also had a board member's Tesla damaged from improper towing. The last straw was them violating AB 2210 regarding unconditional release of a vehicle. A member of the community interrupted a tow while the vehicle was still on private property, and the law entitles him to *unconditional* release if interrupted before it's on public road; however, the tow driver played games, made threats, and refused to drop the vehicle without key, registration, ID, and the $150 drop fee. With the owner present and his wallet out, the driver took off with his vehicle and charged him double to retrieve it from the yard. He had no right to demand those items or ID while still on private property. This is a legal misdemeanor, subject to a $2500 and/or three months in jail. In addition, a victim is entitled to 4x the fee they paid to retrieve their vehicle in small claims court. We intend to pursue misdemeanor charges if they don't make my resident whole. Needless to say, iTow is no longer welcome in our community and we've partnered with a different tow yard. Know your rights under AB 2210 to protect yourselves from predatory tow practices. read more

Geico sent Mario out for an after-hours tow from my house to a service center. He called to confirm details and give me a time estimate, which was only about 30-45 minutes. When he arrived he was friendly, asked for an overview of the problem, and offered to try to address it with a jumpstart instead of a tow, which I appreciated. I did want it towed for service and could not ride along so he told me he would send photos after he dropped the car off, which he did. Nice guy, easy to communicate with, worked quickly - great! read more
