Sandra was lovely to work with and very communicative over text. I was able to bring my jewelry in the next day to have it resized. Mathew was really cool and gave me so much information about gold that I never knew. I love to learn new things, so it was a fun meeting. We even discussed creating earrings to match, out of my leftover gold, which I'm considering. The showroom is absolutely beautiful. Sandra's jewelry is one of a kind and very unique. read more

Brought in my estate pieces for review & estimates. Very professional. I ended up selling majority of my pieces due to good offer. Also could not help myself by browsing all of their goodies showcased, which were some very cool vintage pieces that I have my eyes on now. They also for free removed a stone from a size 5 ring that they bought but I kept the stone. Very appreciative for that considering it was my grandma's ring (too small so they just bought gold) Would recommend for buying, selling, appraisals and following them online as well. Ps - I am just a customer w no ties to anyone at the company so my review is strictly based on my customer experience. read more

Sandra, Lauren, Beanie, and the team at iTouch Diamonds are incredible!! Sandra has been so kind, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process of helping my fiancée and I make custom engagement rings. We had looked a few other places before finally finding Sandra, and she has been able to deliver in all the ways other places fell short!! We went in with an idea of what we wanted the rings to look like, and she sourced the perfect stones (green sapphires) and guided us through the process from design to final rings. Any time we need something, Sandra and Lauren are quick to respond. My fiancée and I have enjoyed working with them so much, and will absolutely be coming back for all our future jewelry needs. We've already been recommending iTouch to everyone we know - Sandra and her team made the process of making custom engagement rings easy and joyful. Sandra used her experience and expert knowledge to guide us to the perfect rings, and she has truly made sure our whole experience was fantastic! Will treasure these rings forever, and we're so glad to have a local jeweler who is so knowledgeable and supportive. read more

I had a fantastic experience. It was simple I was going to get links removed from my watch, not exactly a high end transaction, but I was treated with such care and attention to detail, that I will send my circle of friends there for their jewelery purchases. The suite is decorated with amazing decor and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Matt is a true craftsman. If Lupita is available she will turn you into a customer quickly. Yet another update on my wedding ring and this is absolutely the ring of my dreams now! New bezel really puts it over the top for me. Sandra also designed and executed a custom ring for me with a beautiful garnet stone my husband bought in Saudi Arabia years ago. Why did I wait so long? So thrilled with everything they did for me! read more

Matt and Sandra were incredibly helpful in getting two mystery diamonds assessed and appraised in a very quick time frame.

Wow! Great & amazing service! My big sister recently passed away and I've been wearing her college ring ever since. The diamond in it had fallen out and I've been wanting to get it replaced but I haven't wanted to part with the ring for repair (one other place had told me it would take 2 weeks)... I'm just not ready to take it off yet for that long. I went to itouch and explained everything to them.. Matt replaced the diamond for me and polished/cleaned the ring so well that it brought tears to my eyes. I was able to wait while he did this in just 30 minutes. I will now be a lifelong customer of iTouch Diamonds. Morgan, Sandra, and Matt are all amazing!! Thank you so much! read more

I came in to get a necklace fixed, they were quick and very affordable, and friendly.

I highly recommend Itouch Diamonds for all of your jewelry needs. I went in search of upgrading my wedding ring with a larger diamond. Sandra was fantastic. I received personalized service and had so much fun talking to her I told her I would miss her once my ring was done. She did not try to upsell me and her prices were much more competitive than the Diamond exchange and local retail jewelers. When we picked up my new piece I thought my eyes would pop out of my head. It was even more gorgeous in person than I expected. I wanted this ring for my upcoming birthday and even though it was close, I Touch was able to complete it 3 days early. They are a full service jeweler as well as a retail jewelry provider. They are in an office building which likely cuts overhead and allows them to provide clients with fair prices. I highly recommend! read more

I had my engagement ring sized here today and had a very quick and easy experience. Although they were closed, I was told to come in when I called and my ring was ready in an hour. It fits great and they polished it too! read more

Sandra went above and beyond throughout the whole process from engagement ring to a custom wedding band a year later to find something that would make me happy. I can't express how great it was to find her! I am SO picky and she was so patient with all of my back and forth and the specifics I wanted. Beyond that, she gave us a very reasonable price for both the engagement ring and custom band. Quotes from other jewelers for the same quality were significantly higher. We were on serious hunts! She also stayed late to help accommodate our schedules and helped ship all of our items on short notice. If you're looking for top quality and top service, Sandra and iTouchDiamonds is the way to go. read more

I have been to itouch Diamonds once to purchase a ring and twice to have jewelry made. On all occasions, I have been extremely happy with the results. Sandra and Matt took the time to help me figure out what to purchase or how to design new pieces. They are extremely knowledgable about different metals and stones and pros and cons of each in terms of beauty, design and durability. The work they did on the custom jewelry was beautiful, meticulous and exceeded my expectations. They were able to perfectly recreate an engagement ring from my grandmother and match it to my wedding band. They communicated with me during the entire process and produced results on time and within the budget they quoted me. Their prices are competitive with other jewelers. I trust them with my most valuable and sentimental pieces and look forward to working with them again. read more
