Erica and her staff were able to help me through the process of creating a custom pendant, and they were so personable and accommodating throughout the process. The piece came out beautifully; it was exactly what I wanted, and fit my expected budget. Most importantly, my girlfriend (now fiancè) loves the necklace I was so pleased with the necklace that I went back for an engagement ring, and that turned out perfectly as well! My fiancè was over the moon!! Erica and her staff did such a good job and went above and beyond for me on several occasions (such as being flexible with meeting times to accommodate my crazy schedule). They are honest, do quality work, and genuinely care about their customers. I will absolutely be coming back to them for any future jewelry needs!

I would definitely recommend checking out this location if you are a jewelry girlie (or gent) as they have hundreds of pieces at great prices. Even thought there were dozens of people shopping, I was greeted fairly quickly and helped by Brittany one of the jewelry sales reps. She was very patient and helped as I browsed through options and answered various questions on the clarity of stones, designers etc. I ultimately decided to go with the cluster ring shown in my picture which I am still so excited about! I absolutely love it (18 carat gold, with small diamonds, and various gemstones like emerald, topaz) and again got for a really awesome discounted price. They're adding new pieces to the sale daily, fun to check out!

Had a really disappointing experience with IW Marks. Came in as a new customer in December to have…read morea 2013 Rolex GMT serviced. It was sent out and came back many months later and all was well. Upon my return to pick up my GMT I found a new Rolex DJ 41 that I was excited to purchase along with some new jewelry for my wife. These were my first purchases from the store. All was good until I found smudges on the dial of a brand new Rolex watch. Came back in less than 30 days to politely ask for a refund and management declined saying "they already called Mr Marks and all they could do was return to Rolex for who knows how long and for them to fix it." Meaning now they have to open a brand new Rolex case and movement and repair. Surely this could have been refunded or even store credit and returned to Rolex as a problem and tried to work with the new Rolex customer and clearly a Rolex enthusiast on obtaining a new piece of some sort. Customer service is lacking here. All I was offered was a bottle of water upon leaving the store without my new watch and the inconvenience that is incurred. No "How can we make this up to you?" or "What can we do to make this right with you since you're clearly unhappy about your experience" Needless to say new customers should be warned. Especially given their top notch reputation. And reputation of Rolex Authorized Dealers. A detailed letter will be sent to Rolex as well. Will update here when my Rolex is returned to me... Update- so received my watch back from Rolex Service a few weeks later. All is well with the new watch. Still very annoying to go thru this with a new purchase from IWmarks. On a side note they were able to lengthen a necklace that I purchased for my wife from here. And they did this free of charge as promised when I purchased the necklace. So I upgraded to 3 stars.

In both locations the staff were incredibly friendly and they had amazing selections of jewelry, and watches, which was more so what I was looking at. While I didn't end up buying anything, I just want to call out Tarek (not sure how to spell it)- this sales associate was the brightest gem in the store. His immense knowledge level (without being diminutive of all the information I clearly didn't know), overall friendliness, and presence was a delight. I learned a lot on that visit, got plenty of inspiration, and immediately gained trust for that store overall based on my experience with him! Walking into this store feels comfortable and familiar. It doesn't have that uptight air that most jewelry stores have; you feel at ease. You can often find Tom Petty playing on the radio, and you are always greeted with a smiling (though masked!) face from the other side of the counter. Can't recommend this store enough.

When we arrived, another customer was checking out. We overheard her mention that the total was more than she expected and that she needed to call someone to send her more money. When it was our turn, we let the employee know it was our first visit and asked how the process worked. Instead of explaining it, she replied, "You just pick one," in a dismissive tone and then simply stared at us without offering any guidance about the chains, charms, pricing, or how the permanent jewelry process worked. A few moments later, a group of women who were not African American walked in. We watched the same employee warmly greet them, explain that they could try on the sample chains, and hand them the display so they could see the different options. This was the exact information we had asked for but were never given. That difference in treatment made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As African American customers, we couldn't help but wonder if we were being judged. We can't know the employee's intent, but the contrast between how we were treated and how the next group was treated was hard to ignore. We ended up leaving without making a purchase and went to another jewelry store instead, where we received excellent customer service and happily got our matching bracelets and anklets. We were genuinely excited to support this business, so this experience was very disappointing. I hope this feedback encourages the staff to greet every customer with the same level of kindness, patience, and respect, especially first-time visitors who simply want to understand the process.

I am not a great jewelry shopper especially diamond rings. I will be honest for me any jewelry store is overwhelming and confusing. Ms. Jayshree was the expert who helped us to buy the right diamond ring with an excellent price. She exactly knows how to put the human element into the business deal. She genuinely connected with us and actively listened our requirements. I asked her several questions about diamonds and rings. She educated us with all the information we needed to know about diamonds. She explained in a very simple way and with a lot of patience. For example, we learned about brilliant and fancy-shaped diamonds, and discover which diamond shape will suit my niece's style preferences. At the end, we did not feel any pressure from her to buy from their store since she had given so much of her time to us. I think her humbleness and just being an awesome individual helped us to buy the right ring from them. Also, Mr. Anant helped us with the pricing and other logistics to make this process simple, easy, and faster. Mr. Anant was friendly and truly knows his products. The store is beautiful, well-organized, and clean. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the entire process was efficient and painless. I was so impressed, I wanted to say thanks once again to Ms. Jayshree, Mr. Anant, and other sales crew at the store. The beautiful ring was ready as per the given date and was even more beautiful than we expected. Complete satisfaction with our purchase at 22 Karat. Once again, Ms. Jayshree and Mr. Anant are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks, Avani K. Thakkar
