We went to get finger printed. The service representative Daisy took care of us immediately. There were other customers, but were all taken care of. It took fifteen minutes to wait and complete our task. The personnel was friendly and helpful. read more

Try elsewhere if you need digital prints for Illinois Concealed Carry. These people took my wife's prints and sent them to the Illinois State Police. When the ISP informed my wife the prints could not be read ITouch refused to take any responsibility. They said my wife's age meant she probably had "worn fingerprints that wouldn't take". I wouldn't give then another cent of our money. They did offer to rescan them again for a new fee but with no guarantee of success. That's not how I would do business! Stay away! read more

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. In short, NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. If you're interested in my company's experience read on. In the past at thier pervious location, we would send new hires to the facility for fingerprints and an entire PERC card package. They were quick, friendly, efficient and for the package price would send all necessary paperwork to DPR for you. It was great. Since the move to the Hoffman location they have "lost our account information" so we set up a new account, or so we thought. Marcela thier account rep and project manager Brianna, both easily identifiable by thier whinny high pitched voices and terrible attitudes, promised we'd be getting the exact same services, they would take care of everything as before. Unfortunately, that is not what happened, not only did they take payments for services they no longer offer, but they didn't have the courtesy to even let us know. Instead they lied, said they did it and then starting blaming our new employees for not filing out paperwork correctly. Hmmm, funny that they weren't provided any paperwork, then when I asked to see it, I was told they don't have copies because they no longer provide the service. So my question was, then will you be refunding our money? Which the answer was no. "So let me get this clear, you set up an account and took money for Services you no longer offer after promising you did indeed still offer them, then when I call to ask why nothing has been submitted to IDFPR you have no answers, try to blame my employees, refuse to refund the money and have no excuse or offerings of apology for putting my company at risk." .. Brianna decided to hang up the phone at that point. Good news is IDFPR was more than happy to take a formal complaint on the incident and I recommend anyone else having problems with this facility contact IDFPR. read more

My mom had the same experience with the administrative people being rude and unwilling to have an sort of customer service. ITouch told my mom that her fingerprints were to old and that's why they did not go through? What? So I guess she can go and commit crimes and no will know?? They told her that she would have to pay full price for a new scan. Wait. They are supposed to make sure they are legible even for the FBI and since they were rejected by the state of Illinois maybe ITouch should provide a free test seeing as though it wasn't accepted. Horrible place avoid it and save yourself a trip here, unless you like headaches and rude disrespectful people, consider yourself warned. read more

Had to go here for a background check in order to student teach and it was the most confusing and bizarre place I've ever dealt with. It cost $55 and I was treated like dirt by some young guy working there. There was no one at the desk when I walked into the large office building, so I figured there were a bunch of different offices and that I needed to find iTouch in the building. When I found the door for it and knocked, the guy yelled at me to go back out in the front of the building and wait and slammed the door. What? I went and waited, when he came to get me he was short with me and rude. When I apologized for the misunderstanding earlier he openly said "Its fine I just get really grumpy when I'm at work". Uh..then don't work where you have to deal with customers maybe? He was forceful with grabbing my hands for the digital fingerprinting stuff, as if I were a criminal. He left the room without saying anything, then came back for me all annoyed as if I should have read his mind and known to follow him. The room itself was awkward, looked like a regular office with two desks and two chairs. So you just stand there awkwardly. He never so much as introduced himself or explained the process.
