When I suggested it might be my gums, she said there was no way. At a later visit for the same pain issue, Dr. Park told me it was my gums, completely contradicting her, and said, "I bet it hurts, but it's a good type of pain," while laughing. He said he'd prescribe a mouth rinse but never did. The pain continued, and when I went back again, I was dismissed yet again with, "Well, I guess it hurts, otherwise you wouldn't be here," and then told they couldn't help me. Conflicting diagnoses, no follow-through, and being repeatedly dismissed while in pain made this a very negative experience. Almost 3 months later, I am still in pain. I would not return.

Denture didn't fit , teeth were way too big, and would not stay in my mouth! I had implants in my denture and they still didn't fit , so embarrassing ! Had gotten a flyer in my mail from Dr. Parks. Decided to have him do bottom denture for me. What a complete difference in the two dentist! Dr. Parks was so very kind! He totally understood the mess I was in . i was hoping he could fix it! He did!! He pulled bottom teeth, inserted 4 implants and cleaned up a bad infection. I absolutely did not have an ounce of pain whatsoever during or after the procedure! I was given pain meds which I did not even need to take! He made a beautiful denture that FITS my mouth and looks amazing! I am so very happy with the results of the work Dr. Parks did for me. They got me all the paperwork I needed as a new patient and informed me that they would be able to get me in to see the dentist today. I had been fighting an issue with a toothache for 4 days which was causing me extreme headaches. My fear was that I was going to need to have that tooth pulled and they weren't going to be able to help me today. I was able to get in to see the dentist get an X-ray of problem tooth and have the tooth extracted. I was so relived that they were able to fit me in. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and listened to my concerns. I am extremely pleased with my visit and I already have another appointment set to come back in. I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it.
