Insurance company finally deems our refrigerator non-repairable. We also have a 2 year old. How the funk are you supposed to function for 3 out of 4 months without a refrigerator?!?!? Coincidentally after our demands with the insurance company, the repair company starts calling leaving voicemails saying they received the part and want to set an appointment. We don't answer their calls since they never called us back like they promised they would. Then we get a text from them confirming our appointment for the following day.
