However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

I had my car broken into last night while I was having dinner. When I got home around 9:30pm I…read morestarted looking for a place to replace my window. Yelp has a great feature that helps you find a businesses to help with certain needs. I created a project request on Yelp and was expecting to get a response in the morning when shops are open. To my surprise Quick Auto Glass responded to me within 10 mins. They gave me an estimate and the time of their business hours. They open at 8am and I arrived at 8:30. There was only one guy at the shop and he spoke little English but immediately got on the phone and told his partner I was there and gave him my vehicle information. He then told me "window on way" and he started vacuuming up the broken glass and doing the prep work. About an hour later his partner arrived with my window and with the prep work done he was able to install the window in about 10 mins. I was charged the estimated price I was given, plus tax of course. My only complaint is when I got home and was looking over everything I noticed a good amount of glass still under my seat. Other than that it was a great experience.

While cost might vary by vehicle's make, model, and year, I paid $139 per window + tax, which I found to be extremely competitive pricing especially given the speed of their work and friendly customer service. I was pleasantly described to receive a clean car without clutter or glass shards upon retrieving my car. If you don't have a ride to pick you up and drop you off, there's a waiting room with comfortable couches and a water station inside. I wouldn't wish car repairs upon anyone, but if you were to need them on the Midtown area, I'd recommend you come here!

I knew exactly where to go -- Need a Fix at Christy's Donuts parking lot. Juan is very honest and gives a proper assessment of your crack and options. I came to yelp and decided to look into A Good Auto Glass. The customer service over the phone and in person was very efficient and friendly. My car is a new model so I was happy to know the shop was able to take me in and do the recalibration that Safelite said I would have to go to the dealer for. The location is in a trafficky area and is a house, so it is easy to miss. The waiting room is small and doesn't look that comfy and accommodating so I was happy Kevin was able to give me a ride home. My replacement had a small blemish but when I called, Kevin told me I could come back in. They were able to clean it up pretty quickly.

I seriously- for this day in time- need to PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE I GO INTO A PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!! This Safelite location does THE WORSE and most SLOPPIEST work in my opinion. On my way to this place, I was nervous ( I do not typically like people in my car because when you get your car back, it will not be good. People do not take care of your stuff like you do). When I arrived, I checked in and then sat down. Moments later a VERY irate customer was yelling and saying words of profanity. He was ANGRY!! The more I heard he yell, I got even more nervous with my car there at this shop. Safelite employee threatened that he would call the police so he left shortly thereafter, but right before he walked out, he told all three of we customers- who were present- to make sure we check our windshields and WAS HE RIGHT!!! We began to chat amongst each other saying that we all were nervous with our vehicles there. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed things were out of place and broken just sitting on top of the car- they failed to relay this info to me. The trim (that goes around the windshield) was twisted, and either a piece of paint was chipped off or they did not pull the trim down far enough to match the other side of equality. I did not hand you my vehicle looking any kind of way- so do not hand my car BACK to me looking any kind of way! I mean this work was SLOPPY and LAZY!!! I knew that Danny- the tech who worked on my car- was going to be some sort of degree sloppy when I saw his pants hanging down and over his buttocks. If one dresses sloppily like that, his work mostly likely will be just as bad. I called/texted but they both went unanswered. I plan to pay a visit very soon to get this all corrected and rectified in case if a lawsuit come to fruition, I can honestly say that I gave them ample opportunity and time to correct all issues. When I called Safelite back to mention the issues, the receptionist answered the call having said "hello ma'am what's wrong with your car?" When she said this, she sounded as though she said it more than a dozen times per day that is is rehearsed by this point. I do not trust this place of business' work and at this point, I need to wait to see if anything leaks when it rains ( this was also an issue of one of the ladies sitting among us in the lobby waiting for our cars. She had been waiting for her vehicle- to get CORRECTED from the first time she was there- for four hours!) I hope that these issues can get corrected and I DO NOT EVER see myself EVER returning to his place of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't get a quote as good as this place anywhere else ($20 if chipped & $30 if cracked). Although there's a line most of the time, each job takes about 10-15 minutes per car. Clint is super friendly and he'll assess the damage before actually fixing anything. A big rock hit the bottom of my windshield at high speed while driving along the feeder. Initially thought I had to replace the windshield, but I brought my car soon enough to stop further damage. Although there's a residual chip/crack, he saved me from having to replace my entire windshield. THANK YOU Clint. 2nd time, my windshield got a smaller chip. The repair location was out of the way, but still made an effort to get my car there. I trust Clint to get the job the done. I hope I don't need to return anytime soon but I highly recommend this place!
