The other tax preparers are not that friendly. One less star is because we had to amend this year's and last year's taxes because my husband and I didn't know that with a rental property, we could claim the hoa fees. Mr. T didn't ask us either which was not cool since he's the knowledgeable tax preparer and we had to pay an additional $100 to amend on top of the usual $200 fee to file married jointly (with 2 incomes). But overall, quick service as long as you make an appt. We still owe taxes regardless.
