Our company has used Sign Systems for almost 20 years. During this time, I have found them to be very professional, knowledgeable of city and CalTrans ordinances, responsive to my urgent requests, and patient with the changes and personalities of our office. Gale at the front desk is awesome!! Bob manages the shop and does a great job of pacifying our on-site property managers and clients with unique requests and impossible deadlines, always with a smile and hearty laugh. Mike handles the graphics and does his best to get us proofs on custom signs as fast as possible to meet our requirements.
Over the years, as is typical when new management comes along, there is the review of all vendors/costs and attempts have been made to switch to a new sign company. Not once have I conceded to this. I have worked with some of the other sign companies in the area (due to special client relationships) and I am disappointed every time by the customer service, by the poor quality of the signs, and by the timing that isn't adhered to.
Sign Systems is a smaller shop but they see the big picture and that's why they have earned our company's absolute loyalty. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small. read more
