I would like to thank the sales team at Johnstone Supply for helping me in a pinch…read more After my licensed technician finished installing my mini split system, we discovered that a service port cap was missing. The cap is not just a dust cover -- it's the secondary seal against leaks, keeps out dirt and moisture. On high-pressure R-32 systems, it even acts as a pressure-containment safeguard. I really needed to get it as soon as possible. When I called Johnstone Supply first thing in the morning, Ramiro answered promptly and confirmed the cap was in stock. Even though I am not a licensed HVAC contractor, he made a one-time exception so I could get what I needed. By the time I arrived at the store, Ramiro already had the part waiting on the counter. Since he was assisting another customer, Steve stepped in and completed the sale. Thanks to their professionalism and willingness to help in a special situation, I was able to install the cap the same day and restore complete protection to my system. I greatly appreciate Ramiro and Steve for going out of their way to assist me. I recommend Johnstone Supply highly!

I've always regarded him as my modern day Van Gogh and always believed any of his items would be dramatically out of my reach. I finally found the nerve to reach out to him and ask about commission pricing after seeing one of his commission work videos. The piece I had seen was well beyond my budget but he had lots of options and items available. I had no idea!! I admired his Phoenix Flower design and message behind it. I asked if I could add one of his Mostly For Her poems to it and wanted him to select the colors. I showed him a few samples of his other works that I liked as well as some personal photos for inspiration and he was able to create the most beautiful vision. It's stunning, elegant and completely unique. Before my commission arrived I was able to see videos and pictures of the process, such a one of a kind experience!!! And I won't even tell you about the other extra special surprise I received.... you'll just have place an order for yourself and find out. I simply ask for an invoice and a mailing address for I can send him a check and pick up later because we don't live in CA. After asking for that info about the AC. Jay stopped communicating!!! Then we finally got a hold of him after months of him ignoring our calls and text messages!! He then said he sat the AC unit on the side of his house where it could be stolen. Most likely a lie!! We think he sold the unit and kept the money and screwed us out of a $3000 AC system. He is a RIP OFF!!! How can you get mad at your customer who asked for an invoice in an address? That tells you how screwed up this person is!! This guy is a SCAMMER I'm now wondering if he is going to board our boat and start stealing equipment out of it!! Yes, your customer service finally got to me after 6 months of us requesting some one to call. Your service was at best poor. We would have to call multiple times to get both sides of our dumpster emptied. When we did speak with a customer service person they had no real answer for us other than our account manager would call. They did not. It was only on my persistence that I finally got some one to return my call. My point of all this is. Your company has GARBAGE customer service and when some one says we don't want to have to go thru with this and want to fire said company. Republic's reply is that we can be a GARBAGE customer service company but you can't fire us so we are going to charge you for early termination of the contract. That is even worse when it comes to customer relations. Ron This is a follow up review after Republic's customer service person got back to me. Apologized for miscommunications but checking her internal notes an account representative had spoke with me. This is true. 6 months after I fought with them to call me. The are insisting that they charge me for early termination of the contract. Again, really bad customer realtions. Beware of this company people. Lousy service and you can't fire them with out a penalty.
