Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more *AVOID* this establishment. I had used this place twice in the past, and unfortunately, both experiences resulted in mediocre work. I decided to give them another chance primarily because of the convenience of having them close to my home. I dropped off several hats on 8/11/26 and figured that a full week would be more than enough time to complete the work. I stopped by today, 8/17/26, only to find that my hats were still sitting untouched in the exact same spot where I had dropped them off. The owner explained that he didn't have my logo on file, despite having completed the exact same logo on one of my hats just a month ago. When I asked why no one had contacted me, he stated that they had called. I then asked why no voicemail was left, and at that point, the conversation became increasingly defensive. I also asked why a follow-up call wasn't made after supposedly being unable to reach me. Rather than taking responsibility for the lack of communication and the fact that my order had not even been started after a week, the owner became extremely upset and rude. Mistakes and delays can happen--that's understandable. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability throughout the entire situation. Save yourself the time, money, and unnecessary stress. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and communicate professionally. Very unpleasant experience, to say the least.

A curious case of supporting the creative community while pulling the rug out from under it…read more I've got to say, Projx2Print has achieved something remarkable. They've managed to simultaneously position themselves as supporters of artists and the creative community while embracing AI technology that threatens to eliminate some of the very creative jobs those artists depend on. That's quite a balancing act. Almost as impressive as a man successfully wearing a three-piece suit while riding a unicycle through a fireworks factory. Look, I understand that AI is here. Technology changes. Businesses want to work faster, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Fine. Nobody is asking anyone to return to the days of carving business cards into stone tablets. But there's a difference between using AI as a tool that assists creative professionals and enthusiastically embracing technology that can replace those professionals--while simultaneously telling everyone how much you support artists and the creative scene. And then there's the argument that because the company is successful, the current approach should essentially remain unquestioned. Well, that's one strategy. By that logic, if the Titanic had successfully sold enough tickets, we should have simply congratulated the iceberg on participating in a thriving maritime economy. Success is not necessarily evidence that a business model is good for the people and creative community surrounding it. Sometimes success means you have enough leverage to ask whether the status quo deserves to be preserved. The irony is especially difficult to ignore when graphic designers and production artists are part of the actual workforce involved in producing the creative work. Projx2Print has even employed production artists with formal graphic-design backgrounds. So my question is simple: If you genuinely support artists and the creative community, what does that support look like when the technology you're adopting can make their jobs less necessary? AI doesn't have to be the enemy. But neither should human creativity become the disposable middleman between a prompt and a finished product. I'd have a lot more respect for the position if it were simply: "AI is changing the industry, we're going to use it, and we're going to figure out how to make money with it." At least that's honest. But claiming to champion the creative community while embracing technology that threatens the livelihoods of creatives--and then using business success as an argument for maintaining the status quo--feels a little like applauding the orchestra while simultaneously replacing the musicians with a Spotify playlist. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is what we in the broadcasting business call mixed messaging. I'm Ron Burgundy. And you stay classy, San Diego.

Depending on the design and type of print. You can possibly get same day or even walk out with your item. I was able to print on my son's Jiu Jitsu Gi. I also wanted a logo off a tshirt I had but didn't have an original file of it. My designer was able to take a clear enough photo and reprint it on my tee. They have all type of clothing there that u can purchase tees, tanks, etc. the plain tees were mostly gildan brand but I also saw American apparel, and some other I forget the names. One thing I noticed is that depending on the designer. Clarify what type of print they are using. My designer never really asked me which type of printing I wanted. Another designer explained to me the difference in print and possibly quality of how it would turn out. Also they have a book of fonts. Which again the designer didn't tell me about. I had to ask for it. Also I brought in my own shirts. U just sign a waiver. But I think it has to be at least 60% fitting or something for them to use it. They have a private parking lot inside and u take a number and there's few seats inside while u wait. Sometimes a print can take 1-2hrs or sometimes pick up is next day. I only did 1-4 shirts at a time. They accept tap to pay also.
