Definitely going to recommend this place to my friends and family. The actual place is in the swap meet. I loved this place, the guy even gave me a free screen protector. Great customer service. Out of the 10 repair shops advertised on yelp, this guy is the only one who knows what he's doing. The other shops don't compare. read more

Omg, this guy is my new favorite guy! My phone had fallen out of my hands about 3 different times with the 3rd time being the one that broke the camel's back... I took it in because he was close by and really reasonably priced. I had both my front and back glass replaced on my phone. Originally he informed me I would get my phone next week. I was ok with that since, well, nothing i can do. Then he contacted me the next day informimg me that he had gotten my part and my phone was ready! The phone looks great and is working great and he gave me a free screen protector. Need your screen fixed? Go see Andre, he's awesome! read more

Got my phone fixed at this place once before and I decided to go to another shop closer to me to get it fixed again and the shop literally showed me what this place did. There was plates missing from my phone and at least 5-6 screws. The tech at the new place I went explained what those things missing are and they were important to keep the connectors plugged in and also they protect the connections on my phone. Well this place didn't put any of them back. The phone was completely exposed on the inside. I don't recommend this place! They seem not to care about people's phones at all and cut corners. For most people their phones are their life and in my case I work off of my phone and to have not have my phone in top shape it's not cool. I'm sorry but 1 star is most I can give this place. Very cheap but very careless. I guess you get what you pay for. Your choice everyone! NOT Recommended! read more

Andre was amazing! He fixed my broken screen in 10 minutes and even put a new screen protector on it for me because I'm terrible at it. Fast, friendly service. Would highly recommend! read more

Excellent!!!!!!! I wish I had photos to show cause it was amazing the difference I went in with a cracked screen, a messed up LCD screen and it was separating from the body of the phone and I now have a phone that looks brand spanking new! I am so happy with it. This booth is at the indoor swap meet on Decatur so while he was fixing my phone I walked around for a little bit looking at all the different booths. After 20 minutes I went back and it was all fixed and he threw in a perfectly placed screen protector. Five starts for customer service, five stars for price, and five stars for an extremely quick fix! Couldn't be happier. Thank you Andre! read more

I requested a quote from 4 different, highly rated phone repair shops in Las Vegas. All 4 were very competitively priced, but iTech was just a bit less expensive than the others. When I e-mailed Andre, he was thorough with his response and made me feel confident with the decision to take the phone to him. He did a fantastic job with the repair of my S8+, and did it in under 50 minutes (while he was already in the middle of someone elses repair). I gave him a tip for his great service, and he was even nice enough to try to tell me it was "too much"... but I made him take it. Great service, great repair, highly recommended. read more

Simple, strait to the point and honest. Took my iPhone in for the screen to be repaired, excellent workmanship. He was fast and efficient with quality products at a very affordable price. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend him to others. read more

Andre is an extremely friendly guy, I came in 30 minutes before closing and he still offered to fix my iPhone 7 Plus and he even finished before closing! I got my LCD digitizer replaced for a really good price and he even put on a screen protector free of charge. I'd 100% recommend Andre @ iTech Customs to everyone. If you need anything phone related repaired, you don't have to think twice before coming here. This is pretty much the only phone repair store you'll ever need to come to for any phone repairs! Will definitely be doing business with him again for sure! read more

The Best Customer service ever!!!!!!! Andre is so professional and very helpful he fixed two phones for me! Thank you so much =)

Thanks Andre! I knew there was a reason why they called it FANTASTIC Indoor Swap Meet - because of your FANTASTIC Customer Service and Knowledge about what you do... I knew it was a mistake to have gone to another repair shop for my Note 4. And when I took it to this other shop and was told it is the end of it, brick, DEAD...can no longer be fixed - I knew there was hope...and I remember reading online about your expertise on these things...SOOOO GLAD i drove down there...it was more than WORTH the Drive - it was FANTASTIC!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

Great prices and personal attention. Had a home button and camera fixed on an iPhone 4s and a 6, as well as screen protectors installed. They are working beautifully. One of the best things about this place is that he won't sell you on something you don't need or make unnecessary repairs. If he can't help you, he will refer you to someone that can. I had a water damaged 6 plus containing irreplaceable pictures and data. When Apple and Verizon couldn't be bothered and just wanted to sell me a new phone, he stepped up. I called every single repair place I could find, even places that claimed to specialize in water damage, but no luck. I even tried data recovery specialists. I was desperate to recover the contents trapped in my phone. As a bonus, my iCloud account was locked and in recovery mode. He took the time to look at it, even though it wasn't his forte, and was able to power it on. Instead of taking my money, he got on the phone and spoke to the person he wanted to send me to. Had this wonderful person at iTech not taken the time to help me, I would have lost everything on that phone and given up. Not only do I have all my pics, data and texts back, but the phone itself as well. If you're looking for an honest guy with great prices to fix your screen, buttons, battery, or camera on most phones, then he's your guy. read more

Best place to get your phone fixed. The price is great, great service, you don't wait for hours and you can walk around while it's getting fixed. Others over charge and use cheap parts. Don't waste your money. Go straight to Andre. read more

He replaced the mic and battery in about 25 minutes. This guy is friendly, quick, and I'm definitely going back for any other fixes I may have. I'm so glad I found him! read more

I was on Yelp looking for cell phone repair for two iphone 5s to repair the cracked screens and I had one other phone repaired from another shop and it was a third more than what Andre charges. First impression of iTech customs was suspect cause of the location, maybe repair would not be good as a bigger shop. We came on a Sunday, and Andre said come back in two hours. He went over condition of one of the phones and said needed new battery from the water damaged. So repair extended into another hour or so. I could see the amount of phones needed repair in the background and Andre said wouldn't be finish before closing. I didn't want to come back and so Andre offered to drive to my home and drop off the phones! Wow, who does that. Anyhow, the phones work great and he also installed a screen protector on the phones, free of charge, who does that? I will take all my cell phone repairs to iTech customs. read more
