Parking in the area seemed limited so I would recommend Uber or public transportation. The bottom floor is swim & resort while the 2nd level is ready to wear. I was impressed by the selection. They had a ton of different past styles. Mostly solid pieces and not a ton of print left but nevertheless an impressive selection. My only gripe was they had a lot of size 3. I needed a smaller size and although it's discounted, the price is still a decent amount to buy clothes that are too big just because you love it. If you're visiting and are a fan of the line, I would definitely recommend you check it out!

The comparison is....conspicuous. On the other hand this little shopping centre has been a very handy addition to the Inner West. For starters its ushered in Fitness First. Now, love it or loathe it, you've got to admit it's pretty damned convenient being able to hit the gym right as you jump off the train on your way home from work. Newtown Central also houses a Foodworks, a Cellarbrations bottleo (more convenience(, a Vietnamese bakery, a nail salon and Sole Espresso (good coffee!). It will still take a while to properly settle into the suburb - but the location speaks for itself.

Definitely hard to get to by public transport, your only options are essentially buses to Bondi Junction or buses to the city. Quite a large carpark, parking is free (limited to 2 hours undercover) - with plans to redevelop and expand the shopping centre upwards - with hopefully some larger chains to open up.

It is convenient that there is a post office here, as well as a massive Coles supermarket. It is small and is designed as a great get in and get out type of establishment. Sorry, not the type of establishment to make a day out of it clothes shopping. Leichhardt Marketplace is slightly better suited for this purpose, although Broadway would be better for that. A great place to buy those necessities, as well as a great vitamin store and butchery. Also their cafe right near Coles is great for a long lunch and a quality coffee if you need an immediate pit stop, and perhaps you wish to give outside Norton Street and the Italian Forum a bit of a breather. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare here, depending on when you come so it can be a little like a lucky dip; although if you have to you can always park at the nearby Italian Forum. Simple is something that is best for those busy professionals who want to get in and get out as quickly as possible. Not the type of shopping centre for socialising and entertainment.

Sure it has less in the way of boutique shops and there's only one main supermarket/department store in it compared to Marketplace's three, but who wants to go to a massive shopping centre when all you need are a few things from Coles? Norton Plaza comes equipped with everything you could hope to need from a shopping centre; a chemist, seafood, a butcher, clothes shops, fruit shops, cafes, it even has it's a pub upstairs. It may not be as grandiose as some shopping centres, but sometimes the last thing you want is grandiose and with two hours free parking, a quick trip to Norton Plaza trumps a long shopping day anywhere else.

I went back a few months later and they had a whole different range in, I suppose that's the way it goes with factory outlets. There is a full range of women's, men's and kid's underwear and some pyjamas, as well as sports clothes and tracksuits. Brands include Bonds, Berlei, Jockey, Holeproof, Slazenger and Everlast.

Seems silly to be writing this but I really liked the thought that went in to the toilets! The normal female toilets had a double width cubicle for fitting a pram in and also a cubicle with a little children's toilet. It's not often you find that in the regular toilets. Normally a lone mummy with a pram is forced to wait for disabled toilets or parents room toilets which in a busy centre can result in a long wait. Whilst the centre may have been slightly smaller than my local Chatswood Westfield the inclusion of the 3 major department stores along with the atmosphere meant that for me it was a winner! If only it was closer to me!

They selling all the famous American sports shirts, jerseys etc plus pants, shorts, shoes & formal for both men & women & kids. They also sell nick nacks like luggage & toys aswell. Its the higher end of St vinnies or Salvos & everything sold is brand new of course :). The place is super big with heaps of stuff for anyone's taste so even if you don't have to shop on a budget it's a really cool place to check out :D!!

I'm not asking it to be as creative as bankstown rsl with its decked out rainforest but something thats reasonable.
