    Good selection

Perfect place for a candy shop. It is a huge store and they have a great selection of old style and new candies. Large displays with the different types of candy. You can purchase a little in a bag or a small box. They also have kits to make some of your own. Staff weren't really walking around asking if anyone needed assistance or had questions. Person at the register didn't say much but assisted with our purchase.

oh my gosh this place is so cute. And the prices are insanely good. They weigh your bag of candy by the pound, and you can mix and match all sorts of candy - jelly beans, gummies, wrapped candy, jawbreakers, sour strips, chocolate balls - everything you can think of! I made a little bag just to try some of the candy, and it came out to less than $2. Employees are super fun and helpful :) They also have super cute gag gifts, I saw this huge 5lb gummy bear that I feel like would make for a funny gift. Anyway I'll definitely be coming back! So cute to stop in during a doco date or if you're craving candy:)

This is an absolutely beautiful store with miles and miles of candy. Although very pricey, they offer a ton of different treats and this is a must stop in the DOCO complex. The staff is super friendly and inside is bright, cheery and fun. I spied chocolates, gummies, sours, pez, gimmic candy and lots of candy related items like stuffies and shirts. Note: They do not offer anything sugar-free, keto, or non sugar related.

My kids and I love this candy store. I am ecstatic that it is located at the DOCO as this is walking distance from my residence. The gummy bears come in a variety of sizes and they are delicious. I love the rare flavors that are not available in the grocery stores. Furthermore, the gummy bears are soft and chewy as some places are quite hard and difficult to chew. My favorites are the grapefruit and the sour watermelon. My kids loved the large gummy bear. It was quite expensive, which cost $25.99. It was worth every penny to witness my kids' smiles and laughter. I am already planning my next visit!

The cutest candy store, in the perfect location! I visited after having lunch at Punchbowl Social which is located in the same area. The windows were so inviting my family and I decided to stop in to see what candy options they have. I was impressed by a few of the options--lots of old school candy that I have not seen in years. It is a huge store so it did seem to be a little empty compared to the size of the store. The service was mediocre. I would definitely visit again if I am looking for specialty candy or a cute gift for a candy lover!

A hidden gem in Sacramento for chocolate lovers…read more The store is family owned and run, and they get business through word of mouth only. So it shouldn't be surprising that the interior of their store looks a bit dated and not exactly Instagram worthy. They're focused on making good chocolate. Still, I was charmed by the unique experience of choosing a box of custom chocolates and getting selection advice from the daughter of the man who made those chocolates. The chocolates were placed in a beautiful flowered box and tied with gold ribbon. And the price? $10 for 8 pieces. If that wasn't already enticing enough for you... they let you choose a free sample for yourself as well. I'll definitely be back!

The interior is a bit dark, but they have a huge deli case full of delicious chocolates for purchase. So many different types of truffles, bars, and other delicacies. I especially love the chocolate covered potato chips! You can also see that they're trying to keep up with the trends - Funko pops and beanie babies are arranged on one side of the establishment. The cashier was so sweet, no pun intended, and helpful. I hope they stay in business!

The place is actually located on the left side of the furniture store. The entrance itself says a lot.. grand, decorated, colorful, tall and huge. Walking in I was overwhelmed. Dulceria had everything! Rows and rows of candies, extra things hanging off shelves, fridges with queso and other perishables, sauces, dried goods, statues, piñatas hanging on the ceiling, so much stuff! It's a one-stop party supply. I walked around several times and each time I saw something new that I missed the first time around. There is TWO stories here, although you're not allowed to go all the way up the stairs. Prices are hit or miss. I got a really affordable piñata, but thought the box of tamarind candy was a bit pricey.
