I purchased my sign from Speedy Signs and was happy with the quality of the work. However, the…read morenails started coming out and sign began to fall. I immediately contacted the sign company and was told we will charge you $400 to remove and reinstall. I did not expect to pay for the danger this could potentially cause since they installed the signs. The first sign I was able to catch as I literally watched the nails fall out. The second sign I contacted them letting them know I'm not sure if I will be as lucky to be present. Isa sarcastically ask for a contract saying they guarantee their work. I had to contact Fast Signs in DC and they sent a crew out immediately and didn't not charge me a dime. They told me they had contractor out. But would try to help and route someone. While I expected to pay they said this is an emergency and we want to help. We agreed to do new signs and the cost of installation is a fraction of what Speedy wanted to charge me for removing and reinstalling the existing sign. The contractor that came from Fast Signs told me that the previous contractor made the hole too deep and stuffed the hole. Which is why the nails fell out so easy. I do not recommend doing business with them because they do not guarantee the work of their contractors.

You can buy the whole set, flower arrangement and vase and all, or customize the flowers and choose a vase. I think a small vase with an arrangement was an average of $9-$15, which isn't too bad of a price. There is an attached greenhouse room that is so cute. It's so green, full of different green plants, including monsteras, cactus, and air plants. They even sell baskets for pots. Definitely want to come back and come home with a whole vase with a flower arrangement.

I'll start by noting the good - Jason, our sales representative was awesome. Really nice, informative, responsive to questions. Also, our signage came looking the way we expected. The bad - Laura, our project manager, was awful. In the beginning she was relatively polite and responsive, but by the time we got to our installation date she was just terrible. Most recently, she'd downright ignore my emails regarding our order. I'd have to email her two and three times just to receive a one sentence response. This morning I emailed her twice requesting a timeframe for installation. First time she didn't bother responding, second time she responded but didn't answer my question. A guy literally just showed up with supplies and no notice. We had an event happening in our office at that time. Previously, she'd gotten rude with me on the phone over a minor adjustment we needed to make with our order. I've worked in customer service, and I wouldn't dream of being so combative someone who's paying me to provide them a service. I'm sure people adjust their orders all the time but she acted as though I had personally inconvenienced her. Other things to note--we were quoted for aluminum signage but received acrylic because our special ordered pieces supposedly arrived cracked. Who knows whether they were actually cracked as we never received photos (that I requested). They assured us that the acrylic signage was actually more expensive than the aluminum and they were eating the cost of this reproduction, but again, who knows. In my opinion, save yourself the hassle and go with a company that knows how to treat it's customers. You're spending too much money to have someone be rude and combative with you. I will not be using Gable Signs again.
