In order to set up appointment you just need to call and find out when Rob or the other person in the barbershop is available. The place itself has an old-school feel to it in the best way possible. It's located towards the edge of the main downtown Pleasanton strip. Parking was easy both times. I really like this place because Rob truly understands your hair. Like the nuances of my hair and how my hair was going to stick up at a certain length or how my hair at different parts of my head would look with certain type of cuts, etc. He walked me through the options. He has a great attention to detail which I really like. He also he's really friendly and easy to work with. The whole experience was great for me. I don't think I have complex hair, but you would be surprised at how many places I feel don't really get my head, haha.
