Have you been struggling with your computer? Does it seem like every time you hire an expert you aren't getting what you paid for or that they don't know much more than you do? This was my situation until I found It Group NW. I am a do it yourselfer that owns a few small businesses. I have hired multiple IT companies in the last 10 years trying to find the right fit. It Group NW has been the most knowledgeable and affordable computer IT service that I have ever worked with. Every member of there team I have worked with is professional, timely, and most importantly they know what they're doing. They always give me what I need and have suggested multiple things that have made my computers and my businesses run more efficiently. We have been incredibly happy with the service provided by IT Group NW. From onboarding to now a year later, they have been fantastic. Our team of 25 people has no trouble calling or submitting tickets to get assistance when we need help. In addition to regular monthly maintenance and security they've helped us with: - Upgrading our ancient phone system to a VOIP option including setting up the desktop and mobile apps for it as well as the physical new phones. - Switching from Comcast to fiber internet with minimal downtime. - Upgrading our server also with minimal downtime. - Identifying network drive space eaters (enormous files taking up all the available space) that we can remove. They've given great recommendations to improve efficiencies within our office. As a business owner it is crucial to be able to trust the suggestions from IT. I know that when they tell me to do something that I truly need it and they're aware of the cost constraints involved. I never feel like I am being upsold. Their support team is very responsive, and our team gets solutions for any issues we have right away. From software updates to operating system updates, they handle everything so timely and completely. It feels like I have a team that genuinely cares about getting my business in optimal IT shape. They are proactive about identifying pain points and potential improvements. I have no complaints and am so happy to have gotten to work with them. I highly recommend IT Group NW to any businesses needing IT support. read more

My company uses IT Group NW for all of our IT infrastructure and troubleshooting needs and they are a true delight to work with. Always quick to respond and able to resolve the issue. I love that I can email for less pressing concerns or call if I have a real emergency. We have been working with Jeremy for many years and he and his team are super knowledgeable and proficient, not to mention helpful and friendly. We often ask them for recommendations and advice when upgrading equipment or software and we can rest assured knowing they always have our best interests in mind. They also handle setting up accounts & help set up work stations for all new employees and that frees us up to do our own work. I recommend them often and will continue to do so as they are a great company to work with. read more

IT Group NW has been through it all with our company. As a start up, we had been hacking away for years with a less than ideal setup for our network. As we grew (and rapidly at that), our needs grew. We had critical intellectual property in the cloud, no cohesion on our antivirus, monitoring, group policies, purchasing, onboarding, and decommissioning. We worked with Stephen and Jeremy to build out a plan we could phase (to ease our investment) and embraced our Account Manager, Thomas Ash, who took that initial plan and refined it for the day to day changes we were/are always experiencing. When Thomas isn't on-site, we always feel like we are in good hands with the team on the help desk. They are polite, professional and knowledgeable - every single one. The hiring culture at ITGroup is spot on - they are finding pros wired to resolve issues correctly. No shortcuts. And, as part of the nature of the start up world, we've seen our share of employee transitions, facility changes, and a further need to reduce expense. This team has been through every iteration and they never flinch. Hire them now. You'll find they are truly trusted extensions of your team. read more

I have been working with Jeremy and Stephen at IT Group NW for the past 18 years. We have moved offices, we have added staff, we have upgraded and most recently we changed phone systems based on their recommendation. They were very pro-active about getting in front of our organization and explaining the advantages along with the cost savings over the next 8 months of the new system. Rarely do you find a company as ethical and forthright at IT Group NW. Jeremy works tirelessly until the project is complete, not until its 5:00. He is very accessible via phone, text and/or email. His explanations are in layperson language and he doesn't speak over my head. He makes everything clear prior to proceeding. They manage our server and again are very pro-active in explaining how and why we need to make or invest in new equipment. We wouldn't think of making a change without their consultation. Highly professional and always on time and on budget. Can't recommend this crew enough!! read more
