Our team of 25 people has no trouble calling or submitting tickets to get assistance when we need help. In addition to regular monthly maintenance and security they've helped us with: - Upgrading our ancient phone system to a VOIP option including setting up the desktop and mobile apps for it as well as the physical new phones. - Switching from Comcast to fiber internet with minimal downtime. - Upgrading our server also with minimal downtime. - Identifying network drive space eaters (enormous files taking up all the available space) that we can remove. They've given great recommendations to improve efficiencies within our office. As a business owner it is crucial to be able to trust the suggestions from IT. I know that when they tell me to do something that I truly need it and they're aware of the cost constraints involved. I never feel like I am being upsold.
