Unloading was harder due to a 4th floor apartment and an average sized elevator, but they got everything in and we could not have appreciated them enough. Very personable guys and oh so kind. Our apt in the same complex was in moved I a fire along with 8 other apts! They relocated us to another apt within the complex. We had mice after that but around 8 weeks ago after various peat companies coming spit and us using glue traps haven't seen any. The movers came and first they were overwelmed with the packing and dI'd maybe 10 boxes and informed us that we should pack. To make a long story short the management at this company is not honest when we told them we would get our own u hail and move the rest they came up with hidden charges such as truck charge and charges that were never discussed. My experience with this business was incredibly hit or miss. Making the reservation was a easy and…read morethe owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, saying that providing me a receipt would be no problem. He offered a very fair quote and that was what was charged. However, on the day/time of the move (which I booked weeks in advance), I was informed that his partner was still an hour away in Salina and I was told that either the owner would move my stuff by himself (incredibly dangerous) or that I would have to wait 3 hours until the other dude was done. As I was on a tight schedule since moving cross country, I told him to just head my way. Fortunately, he was able to contact a buddy in the area to help him out. Unfortunately, he was still an hour and a half late. However, once both arrived, they were efficient, nice, and did the job well. I paid in full (happily despite the earlier issues) because I understood that sometimes things happen and wires get crossed - that's life. That understanding and patience was not rewarded. Despite telling me before he left that he would have a receipt of services rendered within two days so I can be reimbursed by my employer, I have not heard from the owner. It's now been four weeks and I have yet to receive my receipt so I am out for the cost of the move. I have called and sent text messages, no response. I would recommend going with a mover who is more established, organized, and actually sees through his commitments. To do this to someone in the current economic climate we're in is pretty messed up to be honest, especially with the issues during the move itself.

I am glad that I did, Curt and his helper provided me with amazing service! They made sure everything was wrapped and secured properly.
