They were so kind and helped me troubleshoot every "roadblock" that arose. And trust me, there were many over the course of a 2-day move out. This has been, by far, the best customer service experience of my life. I can't say thank you enough!! To the powers that be, Markell & Saquia are the GOLD STANDARD of top tier customer service representatives anyone would be lucky to have on their staff. My issue was with the treatment and attitude of the staff from entrance to purchase. My wife and I arrived clean, casually dressed (but business appropriate, pressed jeans and shirts.) we were relentlessly followed around the showroom even after clearly stating several times that we were fine and were "just looking". After product selection and getting our questions answered,we were then treated to a snidely delivered dissertation on how we need to make our payments if we financed the purchase.....I was immediately ready to walk out to be honest. We are obviously in our 60's and don't need or appreciate being talked down to like children. Product, selection A+ Customer service, F A word of advice, never assume what a customer knows ,and never go out of your way to be obtuse and denigrating. Can definitely recommend the products, can't see myself ever walking in this location again.

Shane from JC Smart Homes Installation (apparently a subcontractor to HelloTech) was professional, personal, knowledgeable of the product, and of the job. Removal of old controller and installation of Rachio 3 a bit more complicated than first appeared; installer of old controller did a very professional job, and so its removal and power to new unit took a bit more work, including realigning the Rachio 3 to meet the power and zone valve wiring of the old conduit (not nearly as simple as the diagrams and videos would have one believe - certainly reinforced my decision to hire a pro); BUT, nevertheless, Shane completed a very professional-looking installation (including caulking the Rachio "waterproof enclosure" as an additional safety precaution (a welcome finishing touch)); setup the fairly simple initial Rachio zones and watering schedule and tested the controller and cellphone for operation; offered to help finalize the schedules but I declined (being retired and somewhat of a computer nerd, provides another "toy" to play with). Very satisfied with the installation by Shane; while the initial setup was fairly simple (thks to Shane), time will tell how "simple" it is for me. At my request, Shane did leave a number to contact him if I needed any further assistance in setting up the Rachio 3 and/or schedules.

Keeping in mind that the sheet set cost $150 with a discount, after three years rotating it with a non SN product, the Sleep Number sheets have fallen apart (split open in several spots). I was told by a store associate that they are actually designed to last only a couple of years. Spoke the words out loud. WOW!!! Not only did SN not offer me a replacement, I was not even provided a discount for a new set (wouldn't waste the money anyhow). Be assured that we will NEVER purchase anything from Sleep Number again.

BE AWARE OF BLESSED PINE (WILL-OWNER)…read more My wife scheduled twice with Will (owner) @Blessed Pine to put down pine straw at our home. His crew NEVER showed up on both occasions! When my wife called NUMEROUS times to find out what was going on and why nobody showed up at our home, Will never picked up the phone & ALL of the calls went to voicemail each time. There were messages left, and no return call.. The calls are sometimes "screened " to see who is calling before Will decides whether to answer the call or NOT! POOR BUSINESS! UNPROFESSIONAL... * Not sure if this is a RACIAL issue, however, this is a terrible way to conduct business!

That is, after all, what a review is for. To clarify, I contacted you through this app on the 20th, you are correct. However, I called and spoke with someone on the 9th, 11 days before commenting through this app. He asked what I had to move, did it have stairs and where was I moving from and to where and also asked what date I needed you for. I told him the date that I had to be out by was the 30th and I could be flexible as long as it was by the 30th. He informed me that someone would be contacting me back with a price and date at that time. I never heard back anything by phone and even tried calling again with no answer a couple of times. I then posted through this app with the project scheduling on the 20th, four days before your defensive comment back to me, without an apology, I might add. If I could give zero stars for this company I would just on the basis of you not offering an apology for my experience and getting defensive with me when I'm just posting my experience with your company for others to be able to make an informed decision based on reviews. This isn't personal, I don't know you. I just simply did not have a good experience with your company.
