We packed those the same day, and the relocubes were picked up the next. We were able to easily track our shipment the entire trip. Once we arrived to Boston, the relocubes were delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!! Helpful tips: 1. You will need 2 padlocks per relocube. So 2 relocubes will require 4 padlocks. 2. ABF can not guarantee a set time for delivery or pickup. 3. For delivery of the cube, they give you a window of 4 hours. The truck driver will call you before they arrive. If it is raining, they are unable to get the forklift off the truck because they will not be able to reload it-- too slick. So you may have to reschedule. They were very helpful and came after-hours to make sure I was taken care of. 4. For pickup of the cube, they do not give you a window. They only let you know it will be picked up the day you schedule. 5. If you need it delivered one day, unloaded, and picked up the next-- you can call the local center and have it scheduled for pickup-- but not booked. Once it is unloaded, you can call back and officially book the pickup.

When he came back to install it, the gasket still did not seal but he did not try and figure out why--he just told me to give it a few days. He did not clean the area where the gasket went, and did not inspect the hinges. Well, the next day everything inside the freezer was coated in ice. When I contacted him, he told me there was nothing he could do and reprimanded me for not saving the old gasket when he told me to. He told me that I was being picky and I should just get a new fridge and it's not his fault that the gasket did not seal. I never in my life hired a moving company that disassembles but doesn't reassemble. There was…read morenothing in writing about it, none of my emails or messages stated it, It is also NOT on the website. They repeatedly asked for more money before the move even during AFTER I already paid. He waited until he loaded the truck to ask. Even if it wasn't "concrete" him even asking for more money was unprofessional and truly offended me. I have all my receipts, messages, and I screenshotted their entire website. When I posted my experience on facebook, they left a very distasteful reply and people responded to how unprofessional they were and of course, they didn't reply back or take accountability for it. My receipt has handwritten marks of them trying to add more charges on my move yet the receipt says it would NEVER be altered by hand therefore my receipt is null and void and a new one should have been given. Not to mention, they didn't get all of my belongings. He told me DURING the move they he doesn't move shoe boxes, yet this was never stated and of course NOT ON THEIR WEBSITE! I have moved 5 times and movers never questioned my shoe boxes. You cannot have restrictions and it's not in writing. And you cannot verbally say things the day of the move. This experience truly affected my mental health. They didn't take accountability for being almost an hour late either. I booked in April btw so this is not like it was a last minute move. I honestly wouldn't have made a post if my bed was put back together. ALSO i had an 65in tv, of course i didn't want it on the truck so i asked him to put it in my car. he did no questions asked, but did he bring it up to my new apartment NO! He said he put it in my car as a courtesy but if i couldn't do it myself, how tf would i be able to get it out myself??? my other movers never questioned that. it is also what? NOT STATED IN WRITING!!! He has these imaginary policies in place that are nowhere to be found. Those are the type of questions you asked when building a quote! I did everything right on my end. But until he learns true customer service, I do not recommend. Short distance, maybe (that's me being nice) but absolutely not for long distance.
