    First off I don't even like making post like this. To sit all day and wait on a package, and to…read morehave someone come sit while you go to an appointment, and they still not show? But you receive a message saying that a 'delivery attempt was made' is truly abysmal. The driver actually came to my house at 11:56 this morning, fumbled around in the back, got in the driver seat and left without saying anything to me. I wasn't sure it was a FedEx driver until he got back in the seat. Needless to say, he never returned. I'm highly disappointed also in the fact that I'm unable to talk to a representative because the automated system keeps giving me the runaround. They have been trying to deliver this package to me all week with Tuesday and Wednesday being my fault. I would have let them know but I'm unable to reach anyone or change anything online. Thursday was a total waste and the lie at the end was the worst. Now they're going to attempt on Friday and again I'm not going to be available. I could try to have someone wait but I don't know when the driver will show up and I can't have someone wait all day. It's just frustrating.

My problem started with an additional charge relating to a fax I'd sent earlier in the day, this charge wasn't on the display when I used the fax machine at the shop. This is something I noticed on-line while checking my card details. Talking to the clerks at the FedEx Kinko's store was no help. The charge was an extra dollar. $1.00. It took twenty five minutes and six phone transfers to get to the bottom of this charge. One dropped transfer. A big circle from the store to FedEx Kinko's CS, the revenue department then back to FedEx Kinko's CS. The final associate I spoke too said that the charge was an authorization charge and it should drop in a few days. Awesome. She went on to apologize for the lengthy wait and say that her response is elementary information that any of the CSA's I spoke to earlier could have answered. $1.00 = 25 minutes of time. Terrible stats.

    I have lived in my present home for 16 years and I am so very tired of the attitude of the FedEx…read moredelivery drivers. I have had ONE driver, a male that was nice and followed the delivery instruction I put on line, per FedEx request. If they are not going to follow the directions then why have a place for you to write the for 'Managing your FedEx Deliver? I am 79 Years old and it is very difficult for me to walk to the front of my house, climb the steps and bring the package back to the rear door of my home that I use as my entrance. So my instructions per following the FedEx website asks that they deliver all packages to my back door. I even place a table beside the door for their convenience. Living on a Dead End street I know it can be difficult their truck around and even put on line that they are welcome to pull into my drive where they can drive clear almost to the back door and then use the drive to turnaround for their ease of leaving. But 9 times out of 10 the driver do not read the instructions. I have had to locate packages delivered to the wrong addresses, placed on the ground at the edge of the public street in front of my home in the dirt and grass because it was raining and they did not want to get out of the truck so my items of clothing purchased to be delivered with watersoaked by the time I could retrieve the package. Today the woman had the ability to back clear up into my driveway and I thought "Thank you God she read the instructions" NOPE, she got out of the truck and as she walked to the front steps I was tapping on the glass asking her to please bring the package to the back door patio area and she told me no she did not walk in peoples yards. I responded that I had the instructions on the website and she said with a look that said go to hell as she flipped her hand in the air after taking the picture and said "FU#K your mama!" got in her truck and pulled out of my driveway. If she is not going to follow the delivery instructions I do not want her in using my driveway again. I bet she could not pull this attitude in Mountain Brook and get away with it. FedEx you have got to do better or frankly we should all meet in the town hall to get rid of your service period.

Its managers need an improvement too. Some FedEx employees have a schedule to keep too. If they failed to meet that schedule they get fired. Employees who tend to be under pressure, like having to keep to a schedule, tend to screw up more more often.
