Ate here for a work lunch. The layout is a bit funny, reminds me of a hotel but it looks cool either way. I'd say the rugs under the table a tiny big annoying as they make sliding in and out a bit weird but otherwise im not phased by it. The service was really good. From the hostess to sat us, to the waitress who took our orders and a server who provided the food. The waitress and server (maybe he isn't a server fyi but its how im differentiating the two) checked up on us periodically. For food I only ordered one thing. Spicy rigatoni. It was delicious ! The server put parmesan on it and I ate it. The spiciness isn't crazy spicy, just a flavorful spiciness that compliments the creaminess of the dish. Its definitely worth the money considering how good it is and really the location of the place (miami beach right in the center of tourist town). I'd recommend this place to anyone without a lactose intolerance. Really good!
Enjoyed New Year's Eve with family. Matthew was our server and he was excellent. He really listened, made good recommendations. He is the reason there are 5 stars. I had the grilled octopus which was delicious but for the portion it was overpriced. Two members of the family ordered sides of chicken breast which was overcooked, dry and not edible. I didn't find this out until after we had left the restaurant, otherwise I would have advised Matthew. Having said this, it was a most enjoyable evening complete with New Years hats!
A little on the pricey side but nice setting, gorgeous inside and out, with great service and delicious food. The serving sizes are also a little small and the food was more expensive but maybe that's because of the location. The orange cake was decadent and yummy and the oysters were fresh and delicious. If you want a big meal, the veal is the dish for you. It was enormous!! But overall a good dining experience.
Restaurants on Lincoln Road are a hit or miss, a mainly miss. Issabella's fortunately was a pleasant experience. The service was mediocre and very slow. I sat inside, it was quite empty with only one table across from me being served. Food was good 7 out 10. They have happy hour after 3pm daily and the menu is pretty diverse. I may give them another try. The decor is very nice, chic and comfortable. Only miss is that the bathrooms are all upstairs. I have a slight disability therefore walking up those steep stairs is a no for me. Hoping the next I decide to come, I'll have similar to a better overall experience.
Had the grilled shrimp, and lamb meatball bowl, both were excellent. Lovely lunch outside, nice fan and beautiful music
Highly recommend! The decor is a vibe- very Mediterranean. Ask for Justin he was a wonderful help as a server very knowledgeable. Both managers visited our table, very gracious and helpful as well. The food is bar none DELICIOUS! There is nothing we didn't absolutely love. They were very flexible, we wanted the very popular pasta but we asked them to add the lamb balls and they easily obliged! THEY NEED TO ADD THAT TO THE NENU!!! Everything delicious but the orange cake.... Greeks call portokalopita was RIDICULOUS!!!! Do not leave without having this deliciousness! Highly recommend can't wait to return! Oh wait.... The lemoncello martini is also a must have!
Best meal that we've had in a long time!! So good that we originally just stopped by for happy hour and left to walk around and see what else was near by and came back for our dinner!! For happy hour we sat outside and had a drink and the Caprese salad. It was a little slow so we had excellent service by our server and all the other staff just making sure we had everything we wanted. When we came back and are so freaking glad we did. They brought out crostini and olive tapenade and it was so delicious. We started with the Gambas al Ajillo and it was incredible. I could have licked the bowl clean. My husband ordered the swordfish and he said it was fantastic so I tried it (I'm not a big fish person) HOLY CRAP! It was incredible!! I ate over half of his fish. I ordered the Spicy Rigatoni which was good, but I'd prefer more sauce than it came with. If you're in Miami and want an incredible meal! This is it!! 100% recommend Isabella's!
First of all let me start by saying the ambiance here is so beautiful and romantic, the best part is this place is in Lincoln Rd perfect spot to people watch during the day and have a romantic dinner at night. The food and service is amazing, if you visit you need to get that truffle carbonara pasta wow I could eat 14 of those. They served my spicy margarita in a chilled red pepper and I thought that was such a unique touch. Everything tasted incredible but definitely do not leave without trying that truffle pasta and the Greek cake, thank me later!
As south beach locals, we love Issabella's. Friendly service (ask for Jose), great outdoor vibe on Lincoln rd with fascinating people watching, and the food is excellent Mediterranean fare with prices not crazy by SoBe standards. Their caviar service is our favorite in town.
There's a gorgeous Mediterranean restaurant on Lincoln road that you have to visit. They have beautiful candlelit tables, live music on Saturdays, and of course great food and drinks. Like the cucumber picante and the gorgeous clover club. Our waiter/server (Thomas) said we had to try their lamb meatballs that sits on a gorgeous bed of tzatziki. I wanted to drink that sauce. Now Thomas also told us that the octopus was a must and that it would be so tender we could cut it with a spoon. He wasn't wrong. For dinner we opted for the daily fish which is served tableside with a side of fresh paccheri pasta. Thomas expertly sliced and prepped the fish ensuring not one bone was left behind. With a squeeze of lemon. We melted. Which reminds me we also had this orange cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you know I wasn't going to miss out on the pavlova. Seal the deal with a quick shot of limoncello and thank me later.
Chic, elegant, and delicious! The ambiance was welcoming, the service was on point, and the vegetable linguine was chef's kiss. The bar ran out of two drinks we ordered, but these things happen and the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Highly recommend!
The Mediterranean vibe at Issabella's will make you feel like you're a world away from Lincoln Road. Charmingly decorated with painted tiles and wrought-iron railings the vibe reminded me of the summer I spent in Maiori. The food lives up to the experience too. Drawing from Greece, Spain and Italy, the varied menu has something for everyone no matter their appetite or diet restrictions. I had the delightfully seasoned chicken skewers, and it was the perfect lunch item to go with my glass of Albariño. I look forward to tucking in there in the future and being pampered by the efficient and warm staff.
I came here for happy hour and it was excellent from the cocktails, the appetizers, and the services. Everything was seamless. They have great happy hour specials. We sat on the patio outside and the seating was comfortable. It was a group of 12 and they accommodated us on the spot. The server was very attentive. It was my nieces birthday and he made an excellent recommendation for the pavlova meringue cake. It was delicious. The calamari was fresh. And the cocktails and mocktails were perfectly crafted. Stopped here this morning for breakfast since the farmers market was a bust. My cousin was visiting, and didn't know what she wanted- so this spot looked good. I spoke with our waitress Jayla who suggests the cacio Pepe scrambled egg/toast for me, and since my cousin wanted something spicy- Jayla suggested the spicy rigatoni. My scrambled egg toast was delicious! Initially I was worried about the truffle oil- I like truffle oil okay, just not an overload. It was just right!!! The eggs were delicately scrambled and super creamy! Loved it!! My cousin on the other hand was a bit disappointed with her rigatoni. It was more sweet than spicy. While it wasn't what she wanted, she was hungry and ate it anyway. The service was great though. I'll be back to try happy hour since they have deals for locals on Mondays! read more
A friend and I stopped here on a recent Sunday night for a night cap after a fun afternoon exploring Lincoln Road. The original plan to enjoy an espresso martini at Segafredo side quested into a neighboring bar, hence the spot. It was late enough that it wasn't that crowded. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our drinks. My friend enjoyed an espresso martini, which I also sampled while I sipped on a well blended mojito. It even had a sugarcane stick, as this drink should be done!! In addition to bar seating, it has a full floor as well as a mezzanine. Our bartender was really pleasant and I would come back. The only reason I'll get four stars because we don't have a full meal, only a drink. read more

Likely my favorite restaurant in Miami. Need come back. Just had brunch with Miami spice menu, and impressed. All plates were done perfectly, on taste, ingredients, and presentation. Diverse set of plates, great for sharing in your table. Perfect location to walk after food, and nice atmosphere. read more

This was a really good fine. We were going to the colony theater and it was so close by we thought we stopped in. I did read the yelp and everybody seems to like it and they were 100% right we had a really lovely waitress Issa she was exceptionally nice helpful professional everything you want in a waitress. I had the cauliflower. It was delicious as was the pasta dish. We also had the Greek salad that was good pears salad that was delicious. French fries were really crisp and good The bread was delicious. We also had the tuna tartare which we really enjoyed and then coffee was good. It was really a good experience on Lincoln Road. read more

Issabella's is a wonderful brunch spot. First and foremost, we had the absolute kindest, most patient server, Onur, who had the biggest smile on his face. He made our brunch experience a 10/10. The location is perfect as it's located inside Lincoln road (with plenty of parking), and they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We arrived first thing on a Saturday morning and were able to choose our preference for seating without a reservation. We opted to sit inside (the vibes are great) and the bar/ coffee area has its own aesthetic. We tried a few things off the menu and everything from flavor to presentation was absolutely wonderful. The staff and manager on site were all hands on which I personally think is amazing (everyone working as a team). Huge thanks to Onur for his amazing service!! read more

Had the most amazing dinner here on my trip to Miami! The restaurant is conveniently located in the Lincoln Rd outdoor mall. The interior is gorgeous - I've never been to Greece but eating here transported me to what I imagine it would be like. We started with the meze platter, which came with normal hummus, Muhammara (spicy hummus), and tzatziki sauce and fresh laffe bread for dipping. We ended up getting a second piece of bread! For entrees, my fiance got the chicken skewers and I got the pesto pasta - both were excellent! The shining star was the service - everyone working there had a very welcoming and positive attitude, and they were amazingly attentive to detail. I saw a waiter going to each empty table to check that the wine glasses were spotless when held up to the light - what quality! read more

The girls and I were walking around and wanted tapas and drinks. Issabella's looked so welcoming. We were seated right away and lucky us, it was happy hour! I started with their margarita and it was on the water-y side. We ordered the Isabella's platter, the spicy feta dip and the calamari. Our least favorite was probably the calamari. Batter wasn't super crispy. The Isabella's board was a nice way to sample a little bit of everything. The aranchini is packed with seafood flavors. The potato like bread was good and the Spanish tortilla was interesting. Th the favorite dish amongst us five was easily the spicy feta dip. It was delicious and had a hint of spice, we could've used more. Lol It was a nice little happy hour in between shopping! read more
Weekends are for Brunching! Issabella's was the perfect brunch spot on Lincoln Road with friends! The decor is Mediterranean & the offerings absolutely felt like they came from different parts of the Mediterranean Sea - Greece to Spain to Italy! Now we're thinking of when we can come back real soon to get a taste of their Gambas al Ajillo! Service was attentive & very friendly! Appetizers Tortilla Classic ~ spanish tortilla w/savory buttery potatoes & onions served w/safron aioli Muhamarra ~ Roasted red pepper, walnut & fig dip served w/homemade laffa bread. This was actually a favorite for me! Calamari ~ Breaded calamari, saffron aioli, sherry & lime spritz. The breading most definitely had some good seasoning mixed in! Main Course Eggs Benedict ~ Bacon, 2 poached eggs, served over a toasted english muffin topped w/a homemade creamy hollandaise sauce & side salad. The eggs were perfectly poached & the hollandaise sauce was creamy w/a hint of a lemony taste! Dessert Basque Cheesecake served w/raspberry & lemon coulis was perfectly baked & airy smooth! All paired all with a nice glass of cava that was free for checking in through Yelp! We actually enjoyed it & had a second glass! read more

Came here for dinner and loved it! The place is giving Greece/euro summer vibes. The server also happened to be the bar manager and he was so informative and helpful he recommended the pulpit which now has me trying all the pulpo I see on the menu at other places but none have done it like Issabella's. I had a spritz that was also divine, I recommend coming here if you want great food! read more
I work in the area of this restaurant. They follow me on Instagram & I've been checking out their menu, looks good. The company I work for just made their 1yr anniversary of being in the states. I recommend that the staff & I should go eat at this place & we did. It was great! The atmosphere, the decor the service & most importantly the food was is delicious!! We started with fried calamari perfectly fried. Mediterranean chicken bowl with salad, hummus, rice, olives. We finished with chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Service and atmosphere was great. Victor was especially Pleasant and accommodating. read more

I stopped here for a drink while taking a stroll down Lincoln road and I really enjoyed it! We got the calamari as a snack and it was delicious! I will definitely be going back to try some more of their menu items! read more

The perfect place to satisfy your carbonara craving. We got here and luckily were able to be seated immediately. It was a bit earlier on the evening so that might have been the reason. Our waiter was extremely attentive and made some recommendations too. The calamari was a perfect starter, quelled the hunger without making us too full for our entrees.The carbonara was a big portion and so so good. Tasted even better the next day. Issabella's is a great spot to stop if you're on Lincoln road. read more

Came for Miami Spice Brunch and Issabella's did not disappoint. The interior is beautiful and feels spacious. I love the vibe in here. We each had different starters so we could try a bit of everything. The tortilla was perfection. The muhamarra was so different and lighter than I expected. As my friend Sally described it, it's reminiscent of the bacadito paste in the Cuban bocaditos. And the calamari was lightly battered and the batter was really good. For the main course we all had the eggs benedict and it was good. The eggs were perfectly poached, and to end brunch, we have the basque cheesecake which was well worth the calories. We enjoyed Yelp check-in offer of the free glass of cava and the cava was so good, we had another round. Really enjoyed the service and the food here and look forward to coming back. read more

We stopped in Issabella's for a drink after dinner- and ended up staying for 3! Our espresso martinis were delicious, our bartender Alex was so friendly and helpful, and the ambiance was great. Light music, low lighting, and just gorgeous. If I lived in the area I would be a regular! Thanks for a great experience Issabellas! read more
