My son and I came for the first time today. We were dazzled by the AI Cat Waiter Robot that brought us our lunch! It even said HELLO and GOODBYE. Very fun. When you walk in the door, you look at a paper menu then enter your order in a HUGE IPad. You pick a number and place it on your table and your cat robot delivers. Hilarious! Music is pumping loudly with great soothing happy tunes too. Lots of positive vibes with lots of Asian charm. See photos. We ordered the following: Strawberry milk tea with Strawberry Popping Boba balls 5 star Banana milk tea with Tapioca Pearls 5 star Both are incredibly refreshing We had 4 appetizers: Gyoza Japanese fried dumplings-3-4 stars... didn't seem fresh. Dough was hard and crusty. My meal Vegetable Croquette- potatoes, carrot and corn fried brown with a mayo sauce. 3 stars kinda mushy texture with no flavor. Mayo sauce was bland too. My meal. Chase Bun soft steamed buns filled with Japanese styled BBQ belly with pickle and eel sauce. We added red sweet chili sauce to it and then it was good. 4-5 stars per my son. (I didn't like it) Takoyaki ( fried octopus balls)- 5 stars once you added soy sauce per my son. I didn't like the flavor or texture. So I'm giving it mixed reviews. Atmosphere 5 stars Food 3-5stars So overall a 4 star for me. Next time we will try the Ramen Bowls which they are know for! Very festive place for a group of people, family or a date! read more

This place was really cool! Good servers, decent food, and a cool robot that brings your food. The prices weren't bad either. I am getting this place at three because I have a gluten allergy and though they tried to be accommodating, it wasn't my favorite meal. I'm a big fan of Asian food and haven't had too much of an issue finding places to eat since most Asian restaurants carry rice noodles but this one did not so I had to basically pick from 2 items and sub out a ton of stuff. Shoyu Ramen sorry I didn't have chance to take a pic cuz my husband finished the whole thing in 3 mins. He said this is the best ramen he've ever tried lol. 3. Boba Oolong milk tea. After several hours of traveling to the Clemson area, we were ready to order delivery and get some rest. Having wanted to try a Ramen restaurant for a while, we decided to give Iso Iso a shot. Very disappointed overall. Three of us ordered ramen, 2 chicken 1 shredded beef-none of the bowls had any flavor, zero-I think a huge step in the cooking process was missed. It tasted like something from the bland menu at a hospital. Also, two of us ordered cabbage as an addition to our ramen bowls. I assumed the cabbage would be sauteed, it was not. They added it to the top of the bowls raw. Not at all what I expected. Also, I placed the order online and chose the option to deliver. The food arrived and the delivery person texted me that she left it in the lobby of the hotel. She only delivered one of the bowls and an order of dumplings, the other two bowls were left at the restaurant. When I called to find out where the food was, I was told I would have to pick the food up the driver left because they aren't like Domino's and can't deliver. Again, delivery is an option on the Iso Iso website. Don't waste your time and $$. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. read more

The menu does not look big, but there are various add ons to customize the ramen to your palate. The food is good, my dad got the iso iso ramen and black tonokotsu ramen while I got tonokotsu. It all was delicious! The flavors aren't too intense and they relax you. Except for the iso iso ramen- good, but spicy. (He loved it though!! Highly recommend for spice lovers.) My bubble tea was excellent, the boba is actually boba and the tea flavor is rich. The boba is sweet and chewy while the tea reminds me of the matcha cream of pocky sticks. Y'all!! I just want to say how much my daughter and I love ISO ISO Ramen & Boba Clemson!! They have the best Boba around! We have tried every place that sells Boba in Pickens County and Iso Iso beats every one by far! The flavors are bold and variety is great! Our favorites are Banana Milk Tea, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Mango Milk Tea and Strawberry Milk Tea. The Pineapple Slushee, Edamame and Gyoza are the best as well. Excellent ramen, gyoza, and takoyaki. The spicy ramen is good but my favorite is the tonkotsu with a drizzle of the chili oil that's on each table. They also have a great selection of milk teas and bobas. Cute little cat robot things bring you your food which adds to the cute high end vibe. It's not a fancy place I just mean it looks very new and chic. Only complaint is that they don't put a lot of each topping on the ramen. Plenty of noodles and broth, sufficient meat, but only half an egg and a small bit of each topping. I want a whole egg at least if they're only going to put a tablespoon of corn. read more

A robot brings out your drinks and apps, which is super cool. The boba tea is great tasting. I got the Raman with pork belly, non spicy, with extra egg. My Raman was very filling and flavorful. We also got the buns and gyoza. The gyoza was "ok". The buns were awesome, like a cheese burger but not a cheese burger. Overall, this place is awesome. Finally had lunch here and learned a couple of lessons. 1. While good, the Iso Iso Ramen is too spicy (hot) for my wife and me, especially at lunch. 2. The Tonkotsu Ramen is fantastic. The pork belly was delicious as was the shredded chicken I added to the dish. Great noodles, onions, corn, soft boiled egg in a very tasty broth. Service was good; however, we could have used a little more menu explanation as you order electronically on a screen. Likely we would have tried more of the menu offerings if we knew what they were. Great flavors! We've only had takeout, and food is always ready on time for a quick walk up and receive; staff is very friendly. Flavors are good, including the Iso Iso ramen, Chaisu pork, and kids chicken. We did have one error where the spicy chili oil was added to the kids' ramen. Restaurant offered to replace, but we were too far to come back in; they offered a gratis kids next visit. Highly recommend. read more

The place is beautiful but we got raw food today and when we brought it up to the servers they just said it was fat. Now my husband is sick. Newest ramen place in clemson and it's amazing! I had the iso iso ramen, gyoza, kaarage, and lychee boba! The ramen was perfectly spiced and you got a good portion of broth! The beef in it was so good too. The apps were delightful and the kaarage was significantly improved after a dip in my iso iso broth! The chicken is quite tender tho!
