He appears to have this false idea that because him and I share some things in common, that he can treat me like dirt and somehow it be ok. It isn't ok and he should be ashamed of himself. Btw a message to Dr. Negru, I got my teeth fixed few years ago. The dentist I found never told me things like "if this doesn't work you'll lose your teeth" he showed me I can be confident in his work, instead of making me feel helpless like you did. I didn't even ask my current dentist for antibiotics but he prescribed them to me regardless along with pain medicine for the awful infection I had, the infection you believed I deserved to be in pain and not heal from it because your judgmental opinion of me was more important. I was quite impressed with his training. . . and the office is very impressive with a great group of staff members. He had been Scot's dentist for several years and Scot needed extensive dental work but always delayed going. He had so many things on his plate. From the initial visits where they defined his plan, lots had changed due to the delay. It was more than a year. Things got worse. Today we are going back to find out the updated plan. Yesterday he had to pull some teeth and told us he would be working on a new plan. Luckily he can do oral surgery too. I'll report again after today.

She was "out of network" but they never told her that until it came time to pay. Next, and weirdly, the dentist seemed to have a nervous tick and kept calling my wife "dude." For about a month he experienced horrible pain, so he went back and Sims said he still had fragments of the old filling and offered to fix it for free (as he should). During the second attempt not only did Sims split his lip to the point of bleeding while he was numb, but he buffed away the dentin just below the gum line, which caused severe pain. When my partner went back to see him since he was in such pain Sims threw his arms in the air and said, "what do you want me to do about it?" After seeing a new dentist, they suggested MI paste which helped immensely. Why Sims did not think to suggest this or show any amount of care, I can't say. Fast forward to today, my partner's tooth broke during breakfast. I don't know if these two incidents are related, but it makes me wonder. Regardless, Hamilton Sims did a poor job buffing away dentin, and when asked for help he didn't apologize or show any sign of compassion or care. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!
