But it also escalated to having to also buy more brake fluid and order brake calipers too. (Also super awesome is that I placed the order for the calipers on a Sunday. Anyway, everyone of you I spoke to that week were super awesome and helpful. There aren't many places nowadys that push great customer service as a priority anymore. But you all more than exceeded expectations. Thank you so much for that!

I have a 2014 Toyota RAV4, and the plastic cover was on really tight, so it was pretty difficult to remove. She stuck with it and helped me get everything installed. Shoutout to the crew at the Salt Lake location!…read more During a recent brush with nature, Tropical Storm Lala brought heavy wind and rain across the islands, knocking out power in parts of Hawaiʻi--including right here on Oʻahu. A lot of businesses were forced to shut down. Not these guys. They didn't miss a beat. They kept the doors open, helped customers find exactly what they needed, and when the power went out, they went old-school--pen and paper, manually tracking transactions just to keep serving people. That's the kind of customer service you remember, especially when everyone is dealing with storm conditions. An auto parts store coming through when things break down? Talk about clutch. Pun absolutely intended. Mahalo to the Salt Lake crew for showing up for the community when it mattered.

When we arrived, he happened to be the same guy that helped us in person. It's a small shop, but decent size inventory. Clean and organized and sorted by interior and exterior needs. We needed the whole lot and he was very knowledgeable and instead of pushing us on products.. he said "this is what I use".. "this one is more preferred".. and made sure to let us know that a generic version of some things existed if we didn't super care for the high price of a certain product. I feel like, as a female, going into these type of stores--I am treated differently. I did not feel this way at all with Ab. He was patient and kind!

They are quick to help you find the items you are looking for so that you can be on your way. When I purchased a battery, they had me pull my car up and had it installed in a flash. I needed to install the front headlight low and high beams today. My daughter was struggling to get it installed and after a couple attempts one of the store representatives came out and got them installed. It was no easy feat for us, but he was able to get it done within minutes. I am so grateful for their hospitality and kindness. There is no way I could have done it myself, especially in the dark. I was ready to shut the hood and drive blind for a couple days. If it was not for the generous and helpful representative, I would be driving around with one headlight. Thank you Bronson J. for your help. Thank you Auto Zone for standing above the rest.
