I've had bigger jobs done there besides general service. They work with CarShield and that is a bonus compared to a dealership. While in the waiting area, I always observe customers coming in to check out various issues from putting air in a tire to removing a registration sticker because they didn't have a scraper. They were always obliging, stopped what they were doing and helped out as a courtesy. Richie did a great job on replacing my A/C condenser and I appreciated Eric for the ride home and back. I drove it to my local mechanic that I have used for years. The valve was causing the air leak and it definitely was not changed by Tire Discount. I called and spoke with Charles, who was a nightmare to deal with! He was speaking over me and expected me to drive out to him. A year passed by and they never sent the check despite countless inquiries and they ignored my calls and texts. Finally I went in person and demanded I get paid. After a year of waiting, I was given the old "check is in the mail excuse." They gave me a check. IT BOUNCED....due to Insufficient Funds!!! The person that referred me to take my car to them called and they said they don't care and refused to replace the bounced check. CRIMINAL!!!! They pretty much stole my vehicle!!!

I understand a properly installed patch might last the life of the tire.
