First, he did trouble shooting on internal phone wiring problem (static, dropped calls) that Comcast refused to deal with. He checked all the wiring and devices and found the problem (bad wires) and fixed it. Has been working great since then. Given how well he did with the wiring issue, I asked Jhonata to tackle problems I was having with home WiFi. Some computers and printers/scanners were not being "recognized" on WiFi or were inconsistent. This was driving me nuts and made the WiFi next to useless for file sharing and printing. Jhonata did a deep dive on my systems and connections, even taking one computer to the B11 lab for analysis, scrubbing, and reinstallation of files and apps. He did not quit until he had diagnosed and resolved all the problems. He ended up installing a new mesh router and some new high-speed cables, and removing Norton 360, which was the source of many of the blocking issues. The computers, printers/scanners, and WiFi are working great, now. And the speed of the system is amazing. I cannot recommend B11 Tech Solutions enough. Jhonata is deeply knowledgeable about technology and just loves it. He pursues a problem until he finds a solution, no matter how complex. He is easy to work with and communicates clearly some pretty technical stuff. He included a description of the problems and solutions with the final invoice. Superb service!

DTC did a careful job with the install, and took plenty of time to go through and do things right and go over the configuration of the system. They have been responsive post-sale with any customer service questions, and stand behind their service. I like the fact I'm going with a local company and not just a sales rep for a large installer that farms out their tech work and you won't hear from again until your contract is up. His work is clean and top notch and most importantly he always made sure that we were happy!!!

While I paid him $315 to update Windows 11 which was difficult because of my older hardware, it wasn't the initial reason for my call. My Outlook / Gmail issue was the reason I called which he never resolved. In the end, he shocked me by turning out to be terribly undependable. During his fix time, my all-important Address Book was lost and couldn't be found. I was eventually able to recover it myself and called him back to finish completing the setup. I left (5) voicemail messages to call me back, but he never did. (He had also told me he'd call me at 9am when he had to cancel our appt. When it got late and no call, I called him. He said he just woke up, that he'd call back in an hour because he needed his coffee first. He didn't think it would take long to fix. I had an appt that I ended up missing as I waited for him to call me back. Finally at 10:05am, and still waiting for his call, I ended up having to call him. It took him more time than he estimated and he never resolved the problem(s).) Finally I called NW Tech Expert and proceeded to leave them (3) messages explaining what happen and to please call me. I even asked on one message if Antonio was ok since I was surprised he never returned any of my calls. I've been waiting now for (3) days for them to call back and still nothing. It seemed they have both blown me off and I have no idea why. I believe you can now see that they are not trustworthy. Obviously if they find your task too difficult for them to solve, they'll easily abandon you without a word!

Went to the website, saw the phone number, called it expecting to get an answering machine after 5 pm on a Friday night and my call was answered. With my issue, the diagnostic check was at no charge. he got back to me quickly with the found issue and my options. There were updates as parts came in and processes were finished. We have used Peel Tech for years now and have had good experiences. But recently we had a very…read moresimple job that only took 15 minutes max and was charged a full hourly rate of $125, which seems quite unreasonable. We've had plumbers who have adjusted their fees down when the fix was so simple, but not Peel Tech. It was a total rip-off, although the problem was fixed. I do not recommend anybody using them without getting clear information on the fees that will be charged up front. Not customer focused in my opinion.

I got a prompt call to setup and appointment with Scott and i was relived. Scott showed up worked through the problems and also discovered that we had two routers and that they might be fighting with each other. So he set it up so that one router became the prime source and took the information on the other router from Comcast to see if it was out of date ETC. I got and email saying Comcast Router was current and let's just leave it along unless you have any additional problems. I could not be happer with the results from Peel Tech.

I've used them twice already and both times were great. I saw a couple of other reviews about the…read morecost, I didn't have this issue at all. First time the lady on the phone gave me an estimate based what I told her then I added more stuff to the pile after I talked to her so when the driver came, he did tell me the cost would be more, he called the office to confirm, gave me the price, I confirmed then he started putting stuff in the dumpster so it was super clear, they charged me the exact amount that I confirmed. Second time, I took a picture, sent to them, they gave me an estimate, the driver came, gave me the same amount of cost, super clear I first went with them because when I was trying to find a junk removal company, many places would require an appointment for an estimate then you make a second appointment for the pick up, I find that too much hassle and takes too long then I found this place when they were able to give me an estimate over the phone or email (They responded to my email in 10 minutes) and able to come last minute. Both times they were able to come on the date I requested, also gave me a 2 hour window so super helpful, the drivers were super nice and they picked everything up within 30 minutes I really have no complaints with them and would definitely recommend them!
