Even though my main contact was away on delivery day, she ensured the flowers were delivered right on time. The delivery person clearly cared about both flowers and customer service, and everything arrived exactly as planned. The arrangements were beautiful, fresh, and long-lasting. When my husband contacted Bennett Floral, the first person said they'll send someone over to stick two lilies in there. Then a Manager told my husband, they follow a "recipe" and that is what they sent. My husband explained to the Manager what we received looks nothing like the picture. The Manager said the best they can do is send someone back to pick up the flowers and issue a refund and she was not very nice at all. My husband ordered and paid for a premium floral arrangement and tipped 15% and was treated rudely. The teleflora "recipe" says 18" wide by 19" high. "One" rose hits the 19" but the arrangement as you can see from the tape measure was just 13.5" wide at best. According to the "recipe" and the description there is a lot missing from the arrangement received. The "undelivery" person showed up 15 minutes later to pick up & take my wrong Anniversary flowers. Very disappointed in Bennett Floral. We do our best to support local business, but this is unacceptable. I expect better service than this.

If you love plants this is the kind of place where you could get happily lost for a while. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I found a beautiful Golden Pathos that felt like it had been waiting just for me. Bringing home new plants is one of my favorite ways to spark joy in my home. For the size of the plant the cost was reasonable. I'll definitely buy from them again. Aside from all the greenery, they also have a huge selection of pots, soil, planters, and outdoor figurines that would bring your garden space to life.
