I knew I was moving soon and asked if the warranty could go with the new owner and Tim told me yes. It's been a couple of months since I sold my home and one tub is starting to flake off, but when the new owner called, they were told they will not honor the warranty. Tim responded to a text I sent to inquire on behalf of the new owner, but reiterated that the warranty is not transferable, even though I was sure to check on that before I had the work done. I'm very disappointed to hear this, when I thought they were a stand-up company. So I guess the moral of the story is, live and learn, and if you're asking for an exception to a warranty, get it in writing, because a person just saying it doesn't mean anything. PS: He said they've closed the business in Seattle.

The first thing you want before hiring anyone is the feeling that they know what you want done and…read morethat they are eager and capable of doing it. Kevin won us over with his eager smile and trustworthiness. Of the four bids we got his was the second cheapest. It was easy to choose him and his company because he was so easy to talk to. We did a lot of texting because I travel for work and was out of town during most of the process. My wife and two sons were home to see the process and relay any concerns to me. Anything that was a issue, I relayed to Kevin and he took care of it. He forgot one transition piece into our carpeted bedroom. He came back to address that. It was sort of strange, but we found filler in odd places on the walls (freshly painted), like one was 7 feet high, how did it get up there? Nonetheless, he found it and removed it. We asked them to take our nice but dated honey-stain oak hardwood down to a more pleasant natural clear. The wood vent inserts are particularly nice, and the repair work covering an old unused vent and a damaged strip was perfectly seamless. Again, Kevin communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process which inspired confidence. We will use them again.
