The nice folks at Coastal told me to come right over, that although they work on appointments, they would squeeze me in. Once there and in no time at all they replaced the ear bud and sent me on my way. I would have been happy to pay and offered to do so. They did the repair promptly, at no charge and I was not even a regular customer. I was very please. It is a lot easier to help mom when she can hear me. She has been here for more than twenty years and provided me with excellent care. Just had my annual hearing test after which she made some minor adjustments to my hearing aids to fine tune them for optimum performance under various conditions and settings.
