They were both so warm and welcoming. I made an appointment and told them what I was looking for. Upon arrival I tried on 8 gowns and I found one that I absolutely loved and bought, and it was in my price range. Ann Marie herself provided one on one attention. I never felt pressured to buy anything. She knows her stuff, and found me my gown in the right size and color. Ann Marie took my measurements and ordered me the gown. Ann Marie's sells a variety of sophisticated styles of clothing besides gowns. She also sells beautiful jewelry, to help finish an outfit. All alterations are done on the premises. I thought why not go to the source? Wrong. I have never been treated so poorly. At every other bridal store my guests and I were treated to champagne, snacks and even a welcome board with my name on it and my wedding date. Just over the top customer service. I got this treatment at three other boutiques! When I arrived at Galia, my guests weren't even acknowledged. There was nothing offered. Not even a bottle of water. Fine, whatever, I was there to try on dresses. I tried on some dresses and my friends and I noticed Taylor Swift was playing on repeat. We were the only ones in the store and asked if we could play something else. We were told no. After that was good on trying on dresses. We promptly left. I was sent an email from Galia asking for feedback. I left my honest feedback. The store manager called me and we talked and had a great conversation. She offered me another appointment and I was all for offering them a second chance! I thought we were going to turn this relationship around! She said she was going to send me an email to schedule another appointment on the house. The email never came. I followed up. They ignored me. Pretty lame. I bought a dress somewhere else.
