This is a very small shop, but the owner has some fabulous jewelry in here for sale and he really knows what he's doing. He recommended that I replace the entire head that holds the diamond, rather than just try to repair the one prong. He showed me how the prongs had been repaired multiple times and were not strong enough to hold a 3 carat diamond safely. So we went ahead and replaced the whole head and I am so glad that I took his advice. The new head is much stronger and more substantive than the old head and I feel like my Diamond is really safe now. He did a nice nice job. It looks great.

They said they would send one in the mail along with a small gift, which happened to be the same 2 pairs of tiny earrings Alex gave to me in the store. This is part of the phone message I received: "...to check with you because we did send the physical appraisal as you requested and also send you a nice gift in it as well. So if you can please reach back to me or just take down that review, I would really appreciate that." I would appreciate a refund. Oh well, neither one of us got what we wanted.

A month later, the silver started turning and peeling off and underneath it was brass. The chain turned quickly then the charm. I tried to polish both and they never came clean. Ive worked with jewelry before so I know my metals...this was NOT steeling silver, but some kind of overlay. I emailed them about what they would do and I got no response. You can't claim your product is sterling silver, if it's not. So DO NOT BUY!!! Be very careful from buying from there.
