Deposit was made, job was scheduled and completed, and he even finished the report about a week ahead of schedule. Was a great experience from start to finish. Today, December 1, 2017, this company was surveying a property across the street from my home. I…read morelooked out the window and noticed them tromping through my flower beds. When I went out to find out why they were on my private property which does not connect to the property being surveyed, I noticed that they had hacked limbs off of one of my ornamental trees and left the branches cluttering my flower bed. Evidently, they were trying to access a pin which they could have easily accessed through the vacant lot next to mine and not made such a mess of my landscaping. Some of the worst customer service/responsiveness I've ever experienced on this earth…read more They're not particularly rude or even unpleasant, but you better hope to all that's holy that you never need to get a callback, or an update, or some paperwork etc...you're not going to get it. I had to bother them for 6 weeks to get a simple copy of my map sent to me via email...the survey itself took almost a full year to be submitted to the county, and then when very minor changes needed made for a resubmission? Months went by before I called them to check on the status of the changes and refile...they hadn't done anything with it. If you're so busy that you can't handle the customers you have, stop taking customers!! Time management skills leave everything to be desired, I've never seen anything quite like it. Cannot recommend. Stay far away.

I'd give 0 stars if I could…read more These guys did a survey for my neighbor. The pin at the street was dead on, and in the right place. The farther in they got, the more off the survey was. Apparently they have claimed and insisted they were "right" in spite of there being THREE OTHER surveys that indicated they were wrong. Now, according to our neighbor, they won't return calls or address the issue, which has now resulted in court proceedings. Our attorneys informed us that the've got multiple cases involving bad surveys with these guys, and thus, it would seem they don't know WTF they are doing.

I expected it to occur between 8-12. On 9.2.2022, at 1:27pm, I received a call which I was unable to answer, as I had already left my job. They were at the wrong location and then left. They did not call ahead in the morning to confirm. Nor did they do their homework on googling the location. The work did not get done. I received a lot of sorry's. I canceled the job.
