Scott and I walked the house, I told him what I needed, and on January 20, 2025, sent him the plans. Initially, he said he had them; then I heard nothing more. He did not respond to texts or phone calls, I even taped a written request to contact me. I finally found him at his business, he said he would send me an estimate I then heard nothing for 3 weeks. In many texts, I asked him just to tell me if he was too busy. Today, I went to his business at 6:30 am, and asked him if wanted to do it. He told me I could "get in line" but it would be a long, long time If he had just responded to my texts, I could have found a new electrician and not have my house sit u touched since January. This is causing me to lose thousands on prolonged rent; fortunately my landlord is kind and won't evict me

That's like me sending a bulldozer to repair your house. Very unprofessional and said it would be another few weeks when he got back from vacation to repair this. I said I was pissed off and this was bullshit and then he tells My Husband that since I'm cursing that he would have to charge for the repairs instead of doing them for free as he stated from the beginning. It doesn't matter the charge to me. it matters that the job is done and done, right. Not sending a carpenter who has no clue what he's doing to a plumbers repair. And I as I told him he can shove it up his ass before I hung up on the fool. There's plenty better and more professional services out there than half ass plumbers that send carpenters to do their job just because they're going on vacation very unprofessional. We asked, and they said "one switch was for a fan light, and the other for the fan." Well, all our fans use remotes, so just need one switch. But did they ask us if we were going to use remotes. No! And then they wired the range so the wire didn't allow us to push the range back all the way. Dumb. We have solar with batteries, and even after we told them what should be hooked up to the batteries if the power goes out, they got it wrong. And some other issues that didn't make sense.
