They were very informative and pointed out both the pros and cons of my project .they gave me a fair ball park estimate of what the project would intail . I went home and thought about it and decided to proceed. I spoke with Tim and we came up with a game plan .the project ( rear frame replacement) ended up being a bit more indepth then I was expecting but tim and his crew were very open and upfront about the process .once they dug in they found more underlining issues but were very fair with the added scope and the pricing was very fair .after farming out a donor frame and many added parts the project is moving along very nicely. They have been in constant contact with detailed invoices and photos. Up to this point I am very satisfied with the service they have offered. We visited multiple used car dealers and found several to be shady, several outright crooks, and several more that "just sold" the vehicle we were there to look at. So, when we went to visit Chris at DC Motors, my expectations weren't exactly very high. However, I found him to be a breath of fresh air with his honesty, concern for the safety of our child, and his requirement that he goes through the vehicle soup - nuts before allowing the vehicle to leave his dealership. Ultimately, we paid cash for the vehicle and said we would be back to get it in about a week, after he had a chance to go through it. Despite us already having paid for the vehicle in full and agreeing to it "as is", Chris called me a week later and said that he felt it needed new tires, new brakes, a ball joint, and a full detailing of the interior and exterior. In addition, he found the transmission making a noise he "didn't like". Chris replaced/repaired ALL of these things as part of the purchase of the vehicle, after I had already paid him for the vehicle. I could not be more pleased with DC Motors, and I gave them the highest rating possible! If you are looking for your child's first vehicle or your 10th, I encourage you to save yourself the time and hassle of other dealerships and go straight to DC Motors! I will be a return customer!

When I have brought my car in for a lease turn in Dave Matthews (son of original owner) always does a quick touch-up as BMW will kill you for the slightest paint chip. The story here goes that a long time ago Matthew's Senior owned a body shop and his son, Dave slowly took over the the point that he is the primary point person on all estimates and repairs. Don't be confused, Dave has one employee and his name is also Dave. They are very good with quotes and have done a great job of fighting with insurance companies to get supplements for unseen damage before tearing off a fender, etc. He also has a state of the art paint booth and as mentioned above, he is amazing at matching highly complicated metallic paint colors and applying an even finish.
