It turns out the dryer duct was fine so I gave them another small job to go with hanging the storage rack. Of course something always has to go wrong and in my case they hit metal when going into my garage ceiling. Being fearful of why there was metal at that specific spot in the ceiling, they proceeded very cautiously. I authorized them to cut an inspection hole in the ceiling to see what it was. Come to find out it was a steel beam! Well, now that they knew what it was, there was no issue completing the job and doing an excellent job patching the inspection hole as well. Well done! Perhaps not the cheapest guys in town but you get what you pay for and I will definitely use them again.

He installed it and explained how to operate it. Awesome guy. He built me custom cabinets to flow with my new dishwasher because where I wanted it, my kitchen wouldn't allow for it. So he hooked me up n I can't be more excited about it. He didn't cut corners, he was honest n got it done right. A little pricey but I got what I paid for. Custom. I knew it was going to be pricey. But it's beautiful. Thanks steve. I'm loving it!!!

From the manner in which I was spoken, to very clear price gouging tactics being used in addition to strategic deliveries ensuring your paying for product you'll not need until next year by unexpectedly filling tanks outside necessity or demand . Clearly not a shred of compassion or understanding for the average person doing their best to get by. Both office staff and management/ownership should be ashamed for representing local business this way and also for failing to uphold the most basic value in life, simply just be good human beings!!! How can a company like this claim to serve their community? Bullies who are no better than scam artists is who this company really is. Serving their own interests is the only concern.

I contacted SS for an estimate to clean the windows on my house. The estimate I received started…read morewith a quote for house washing which I had not asked for. It then provided 3 prices for different levels of window cleaning. That section was followed by a proposal for a 2 year proposal for a visit each year which included a range of services including window washing. This was followed by a 2 year, 2 visit proposal. When I sought clarification on the 2 year, 1 visit proposal they responded with information about the window cleaning levels that did not address my specific question. When I followed up to get my question answered they noted that the multi-year agreement was not relevant to the window washing only. They did offer a discount on the window washing because of the confusion. Further correspondence revealed that the discount only comes on subsequent services and they offered to prepare a proposal detailing all of this. Then I learned that they would not provide the proposal until I had scheduled (and received?) the first year service. At that point, the red flag was up and I responded that I was not going to hire them because the process and information had been confusing from the start and did not improve. My concern being that any issues with the actual work would result in the same communication problems. Amazingly, they responded and essentially put it back on me....what I couldn't understand..... Never in 40 plus years of providing professional services did I ever tell a potential client that they were the problem.
