The staff is helpful and willing to spend a lot of time with someone figuring out a new approach. This is now my only store and I rely on these guys. I've sent new people here who have switched to the store. I was once knowledgable as a founder of a juice company. Newer people have the same gentle, helpful experience that I've had. I encourage all of you to stop in and giving them a try. If all else fails, you can at least enjoy the complimentary soda they have for customers. :-)

I was messaging with Shelley and upon finally making it to their store I was met a bigger set gentleman named Jake. He's like a teddy bear, was extremely professional, apologized for my past visit and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. It was unfortunate due to the new laws passing for vapes in California. Their store was cleared of their usual inventory and they now have special glass pieces for sale amongst several other products. I have not yet had a chance to test out any of my new replacements yet, however I'm confident that it'll work well. They will also be launching a website for sales shortly as I was told. I don't have the website yet. I look forward to resuming business with this store.

Within a month, nearly 80% of the liquid leaked and vaporized. When I returned to speak with the clerk on duty and showed him the purchase on the billing statement, he contacted the customer service manager. Initially, I understood they offered a 50% discount on the same product for the defective Vape device, which sells for $20 + tax, and I accepted. However, when I tried to pay, the clerk told me the price was $24.10, and I asked whether that reflected a 50% discount. The clerk then said it was only 15%. I bought the same vape for $24.10, but the discount was only 15%, and it wasn't even applied to the total. I refused to buy and left the store, and I told the clerk they needed to do a better job caring for customers. This experience has made me lose trust in them. I hope they improve their customer care, especially for the nearby residents.
