Spent $2000 on Christmas lights and we haven't gone 2 consecutive days without the lights shutting off and having to be reset. When you reach out to the owner, he guides you how to reset the outlet, but does nothing to actually fix the issue from happening again and then just stops responding. Like I said, lights are great when they work but it's just really shoddy work. When you're spending thousands of dollars on lights the last thing you expect is for them to not work. Every. Single. Day. And when you reach out for help, I expected them to actually come out and fix the issue rather than just say hey, reset the outlet and try again. Acting like it's a Nintendo 64 you can just unplug, blow on it and plug it back in. ABSOULUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered the lights in December of 2025, paid my deposit and was…read morewaiting on an installation date and was told, "we'll get back to you." After they received my deposit, the communication stopped. After 2 months of calls and emails, I was finally able to speak to someone (who shall remain nameless at the moment) who finally gave me an installation date for March 2026. The installation guy finally came by, but brought the wrong materials. So at this time, that's it! My wife said "she's over it and wanted to cancel. After several more attempted phone calls, my sales rep (D.D.)called me back and I explained to him our frustration and that we no longer wanted the service. This guy would not take no for an answer and kept trying to upscale me and avoid answering any questions about when I could expect a refund of my deposit. Extremely frustrated at this point, I start replying to emails that were sent to me back in December of 2025 and a young lady called pretty much doing the same thing. She gave me an email address to contact "The Refund Department." Of course the email address was fake. So another dead end of course. Now no one is calling me back or responding to my emails. My next move is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I want to see if they ignore them too. Moral of this story, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LIARS AND CHEATS. ...To be continued.

Do you recommended puck lighting under the rim of my 22 foot curved barbecue Island and every night since the first night looking out through the kitchen windows to the island is just exceptional.. I have 120 foot hard Cape soft skate Plantar area with a half a dozen Palm Trees; and some dividing 12 foot tall shrubs on my neighbor side, and they professionally hung plastic coated cable with a one long run of CONTRACTOR grade string lights versus the 25 foot length "plug the next section in" Home Depot lights and that has elevated our backyard lighting. Hopefully, I can attach the video I took at Sunset last night.. if not, I'll add still photos.. Very minor punchlist to adjust a couple brackets holding the string lights and they came out immediately to do that while never once pressuring for payment till I was a 100% satisfied. Joe went the extra mile and obviously it shows in their 4.9 rating with several hundred reviews so kudos to Joel and his Team...
