Within three days of having her ears pierced here, she developed severe pain, heat, hardness and throbbing in her ears and ultimately had to go to urgent care and receive medication. What she told me about the actual piercing procedure is the part I find completely unacceptable. According to her, the piercer put on gloves before setting up, then proceeded to open drawers, touch cabinets, the cart, supplies and other surfaces while wearing those same gloves. She also says the piercer touched/wiped her nose and then continued handling her during the procedure. She also told me that one piercing needle was used for both ears, rather than a new single-use needle being used for each piercing. Then there was the jewelry. She was given butterfly-back earrings on fresh piercings, and the backs were so tight that there was little room for the swelling that followed. She has had numerous piercings before and knew something was seriously wrong when the ears became hot, hard and began throbbing even though she hadn't hit or disturbed them. I understand that complications and infections can occur after any piercing, and I am not going to pretend I can medically prove exactly what introduced the infection. But when someone describes questionable infection-control practices during the procedure and then ends up at urgent care three days later, that is more than enough for me to warn other people before they decide where to get pierced. What disturbed me further was looking into the shop afterward and finding that other customers have previously complained publicly about piercing complications and piercing technique at this location. So her experience does not appear to exist in a vacuum. She also made a point of telling me that the piercer herself was very nice. Frankly, that isn't the issue. Being pleasant does not compensate for poor infection-control practices when you are creating an open wound in someone's body. Based on what happened to my friend and what she personally witnessed during her appointment, I would not allow someone I care about to get pierced here. Absolute Tattoos should take a serious look at how piercing procedures, glove changes, single-use equipment and initial jewelry are being handled at this location.

Forget about all the tattoo parlors you've experienced. Ink10City is THE place to get your tattoos!…read moreAfter years of avoiding ink due to bad experiences at other parlors, I was hesitant to try again. I needed a cover-up for an old tattoo and had a rough idea of what I wanted, so I started researching. That's when I found Ink10City. Their online presence impressed me, so I decided to give them a shot. Walking in, I was nervous, but the vibe was immediately different. It was calm, clean, and beautifully set up. The front desk staff greeted me immediately and within five minutes, I was having a consultation with Tonee, the artist I came for. I explained my idea, but I wasn't sure how it would work as a cover-up. Tonee quickly assessed the situation, and when I admitted I wasn't thrilled with my initial concept, he suggested we stick with a religious theme. In literally five seconds, he started sketching on my arm, saying, "I can see a face right here." I was blown away by his vision and creativity. Right then, I knew I'd picked the right place and the right artist. Tonee's talent is unreal. He is the kind of talent that inspired the creation of the word "Artist." His attention to detail and problem-solving skills are next-level. He worked within my budget, gave me a clear price, and booked me for the next day (though I suspect I just got lucky with timing). When I arrived for my session, Tonee was ready and showed me his drawing. My jaw dropped when I saw it, it was perfect. He even had a backup design ready, but he nailed it on the first try. The session took about 2 hours and 10 minutes for a sizable, detailed piece. The speed, precision, and professionalism were beyond impressive, and the final price matched exactly what we discussed. No surprises. The result? A tattoo that left me nearly speechless. It's absolutely stunning, and I'm already planning my full sleeve with Tonee. While I haven't worked with the other artists (I think there are four others), the talent in this place is undeniable, and I'd trust any of them. I had such an incredible experience unlike any I've ever had. I even bought a hat from their merch section to support them. Ink10City is my go-to from now on, and I can't recommend Tonee and this shop enough. If you're looking for ink, this is the place to go!

From scarce brows to 'WOW'…read more Until a few years ago my eyebrows would grow back after a normal waxing or plucking, suddenly after a waxing that I was not pleased with which left me with thinner than normal brows followed by no regrowth for 3 years. It was time for me to take the plunge and looked into Microblading. Jess Lee of White Rabbit Studio, a small Female owned business, who is a Veteran and Asian got my attention but the cherry on top was that she did not proved that "stamped eyebrow shape & style" but each of her clients had their own unique look. Jess Less took my scarce eyebrows to 'WOW' with the blending of fine hair-like strokes with a touch of light shading, all thru the processes she explained each step and asked for my feedback to ensure it was not only a comfortable process but also a happy customer. Thanks again Jess Lee my eyebrows are noticeable different to the point I have been receiving complements from my coworkers/collogues ‍

The pattern is absolutely a solid "sharpie" looking outcome. By sharpie, I'm talking about the way some people make a solid painted on brow look. There is no way to correct this and I'm stuck with something I absolutely did NOT want and was trying to avoid. I should have has the person that did her brows do mine. I didn't realize until it was too late, my therapist had only just completed her initial training within the year when I had my brows done. With a lot of makeup, I am trying to correct the work done. Current photo attached to show solid color rather than the hair strokes to look "realistic" I asked for.

After presenting a few ideas, the guy I talked to explained their pricing process and gave me the totals for what I wanted. He actually got a couple artists together to tell me what they could do with my ideas. I landed on a design and he linked me up with Tim. I LOVE how I was treated. Sometimes when you don't have a clear concept a lot of shops will blow you off or try to push you into something and these guys really worked with me. I also wanted to get my foot done, which several shops have turned me away for. Tim was very professional and did great work. Foot tats hurt! He did a great job of making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Because I have olive toned skin I am often told I can't do much color. My skin happens to take color well, and Tim didn't shy away from that. He gave me exactly what I asked for and it is by far my favorite tattoo. I get a tat every time my hubby deploys, and this one was going to be a surprise for him. It was a Princess Bride tat with one of our favorite lines. He loved it. 2 years old and still looking beautiful. I asked for colorful and feminine and that's what I got. THANKS TIM! I'll be seeing you soon.
