They have ALWAYS kept the gym, pool area, and bathrooms very clean…read more I'm there from 1-2 hours per day, depending on what I am doing that day, which could include swimming, water aerobics, weights and/or cardio. I am very picky about germs and wouldn't even keep my membership if it wasn't clean. I have done water aerobics and 15-20 laps in their pools, heated and not heated, and I have never had anyone playing music louder than what a cell phone plays... and they were playing it because nobody else was using the area. They turned it off as soon as I came in to the pool area. Now... when water aerobics were taking place, then yes, the music was on a speaker because you can't move to the music if you can't hear it. The staff has always been friendly, and they even used to have a trainer that could assist you when you have questions. I'm not sure about now because I don't need one at this time. I'm strictly working out to maintain, not to lose weight now. I have lost 75 lbs, so I think I have a good grasp on how this gym operates. You will love it.

Needs some maintenance too, paint peeling, things rusting in hot tub, men's showers much of the same. Worst: The billing. You have to provide a written 30 day notice to cancel or you will be billed for another month. That's pretty much any month if you don't cancel on the 1st. We moved out of state and canceled ASAP, but still got billed the next month. Normally places have a relocation cause, but they refused a refund when we called and actually said "you can still use the facilities until the end August." No we can't, we're several hundred miles away.

Grown men (see the pictures) are swimming in their normal outside clothes. One man was wearing a full on button snap shirt, he looked like he was going to dinner after. There was one in jean shorts that I could not get a picture of. A lot of children are just wearing their underwear. I also saw a man, one day in underwear. These things are odd and gross and I personally think at a pool this nice should be enforced. The rules are very clearly stated on the front when you pay.

My buddy and I took turns asking questions, and she would literally speak So far down her nose to us she nearly fell over forwards. Now I didn't feel the need to express the fact that I am college educated, prior service, and have hunted all of the "Western 11" states, and my buddy is a well adapted, educated, experienced shooter. Every time she would give an answer, it was condescending, and pushed the outer boundaries of being just plain rude. I am not paying someone to be rude to me, you want my money, provide good customer service. One thing for certain, We won't be back, Id rather drive out of town, or go pay higher rates elsewhere. (Don't even get me started on the fact that they had a guy on the range with a mid-powered rifle, rapid firing on a pistol range, sparks everywhere).
