I feel like the negative reviews below are fabricated. Sauna is on constantly and is very very hot. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, you might run into a dirty sink after hours but isn't that normal? Every machine and rack are cleaned constantly due to patrons cleaning their sweat from the machines as well as staff cleaning. They have more than enough machines to never get stuck waiting on someone who is finishing. With 4 stairclimbers, 2 free squat racks, 2 smith machines, leg press, and more; this is a dream leg day spot. They also have an entire room dedicated to bench and incline. I can not speak from another persons perspective but I think that it's safe to say that from what I've witnessed, no one condones violence in this gym. Unless it's on some heavy weight!!!!!

Unfortunately, our experience at this Crunch Fitness location was disappointing because of the customer service we received at the front desk. The employee who helped us, Gabriela, did not greet or acknowledge us when we walked in. When we tried to ask questions, we felt like we were inconveniencing her. Her responses came across as annoyed, unclear, and unhelpful. We did kindly bring up how the interaction was coming across, hoping it would improve, but the experience continued the same way. What surprised us the most was learning that she is training for a management role, because managers have such a big impact on the culture and environment of a gym. We understand everyone can have a bad day, but kindness, communication, and making people feel welcome go a long way, especially in the fitness industry. We hope this feedback is used as a coaching opportunity because we truly love supporting gyms and the people who make them great.

I had came from a really nice gym closer to town that was newer but much more pricey so because of this and my fiancé, I decided to give TruFit a chance. My experience with this gym is not a great one but not a horrible one either. I'll explain. The equipment is fair and it just seems like it takes a little longer than needed to get anything fixed. Since the merge with the new name it seems like they are revamping the place, which is a big plus but it still needs a lot of work. Dumbbells and misc equipment is always missing. I do believe it's mostly up to the member to return the weights to its designated area but I also do believe they should have staff helping to keep weights & equipment organized and in order. The men's restroom always needs attention of some sort. For some reason at least 1 urinal is always broke. It gets fixed but it's always something. I do give them credit for trying to make it suitable for its members but I believe it could do a better job at maintenance the restrooms and equipment. I understand it's going through a process of change at the moment & that's why I will not give it less stars because change does take time. Due to this, I will give them the benefit of doubt. Hopefully by then most of these issues will be addressed and it turns in to a great place that I know it can become. A future review will be provided once the gym is completed.

Please save yourself the headaches of dealing with them. Where they are not horrible ppl or staff at the facility, they completely suck at their job as far as getting you situated with your insurance. The physical therapy is not the greatest either , you will get the bare minimum. We waited an entire month until I decided to take matters into my hands, I had to call & tried fixing it all myself. It's a headache because I obviously am not proficient with insurance or the sorts. They will give u every excuse in the book! From "your insurance hasn't approved" or "your physician hadn't signed the re-eval form". Then my physicians office would call & they would inform them & claim "oh we had the wrong fax #". Anywho, I wish I could charge them bk for all my sons time wasted waiting on them. My son did not receive the care he needed with them in a timely manner. I'm sorry to say this but Their insurance lady is a complete joke. And they need to fire her, but I'm sure she must be someone's wife, as there was always some kid in the bk going on (a child) in the bk ground every time I spoke with her. I did finally take my child elsewhere & thankfully they got him in immediately (we waited a week at the absolute most) Oddly enough they gave us 0 excuses or set backs. Please steer clear of this place, especially if you got children's Medicaid. They either don't value you or don't give 2 Go to the one by mr. Gattis, my son says even the therapy is phenomenal. Note to paradigm "get with the program"!!!! You are messing with ppls livelihoods here & you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! If I could sue you I would but obviously I don't have the means because I'm on public assistance for Medicaid! Good riddance & you reap what you sow! There is no one else I would trust to work on my family. He has gone above and beyond for so many of his patients and employees. I have never seen such a hardworking and dedicated doctor in west Texas. Most find a way NOT to work and Dr. Bill is the complete opposite, even coming in on weekends and holidays to take care of patients. He has more than earned my business and Trust.
