We did a rope climb workout and there were no bottlenecks on the ropes. As rope climbs are a more difficult movement the coach was all over it with pointers and tips on form. 2. Classes are 45 minutes so the everything moves very efficiently. Barbells are pre loaded walking into class. I felt comfortable that I was sufficiently warmed up for both workouts I did. They also have a five minute cooldown at the end focused on mobility, which is great. You can tell from the website and the atmosphere that these guys care about the success of their clients. 3. The instructor was a nice guy who was well versed in the movements and engaged during the class. One of the members came by and gave me a couple tips on rope climb form while I was finishing up. Great atmosphere. The gym is a bit tough to locate for an out of towner relying on GPS. That's not their problem though. Overall a great experience!
