I feel like the negative reviews below are fabricated. Sauna is on constantly and is very very hot. Bathrooms are cleaned daily, you might run into a dirty sink after hours but isn't that normal? Every machine and rack are cleaned constantly due to patrons cleaning their sweat from the machines as well as staff cleaning. They have more than enough machines to never get stuck waiting on someone who is finishing. With 4 stairclimbers, 2 free squat racks, 2 smith machines, leg press, and more; this is a dream leg day spot. They also have an entire room dedicated to bench and incline. I can not speak from another persons perspective but I think that it's safe to say that from what I've witnessed, no one condones violence in this gym. Unless it's on some heavy weight!!!!!

Even though there were some obvious hiccups , I still had a good class and really enjoyed the cycle session . I attended the classic ride and the sound and microphone issues lasted for the majority of the class until remedied . Total kill my vibe moments but instructor was all smiles and kept us moving . The members and staff are VERY welcoming. Mōtiv does an excellent job with greeting newbies , full on tour and all the things you need to get you comfy as a first time rider . Merch was tempting but stock was pretty low . This studio is not available on class pass app , so not ideal for travelers , etc . However the drop in isn't bad at $22. Cant wait to come back and try other types of classes .

I got invited by a coach from F45 and I'm so glad I said YES because this was NOT what I expected in Midland. Neon lights, club lighting , selfie spots everywhere, cute merch, a full lounge area... like why am I working out but also ready to order a drink and stay awhile? The class itself was so fun. Loud music, rhythm based lifting, cycling in a separate room, and these cushy numbered mats that every gym needs immediately because my knees felt respected for once. Locker rooms, showers, everything you need. Also the vibe is just cool. You actually want to be here, you want to take pics, you want to hang out after. My only tiny note is I wish they were on the ClassPass App because this place deserves to be discovered by way more people. Honestly I see so much potential here it's kind of wild. This space is perfect for a wellness bar , IV drips, events, Soundbaths, infrared yoga , pop ups, even a little juice or acai or smoothie situation business would go OFF in here. Like a buisness within the Business to keep the community pouring into a speakeasy style wellness bar . It already feels like a whole experience, not just a workout. I had such a good time and I'll definitely be back... especially when those cute socks are restocked and those trucker hats are for sale because I'm still thinking about them.
