I love HOTWORX and cannot recommend it enough! I wanted a place where I could workout that was a bit more private, instead of a big room of people. Working out in the saunas is perfect for me because not only is it more private, but the heat and infrared energy really help with my achy muscles and joints (I'm a former gymnast/athlete so I've had all kinds of injuries throughout my life). I absolutely 100% recommend Hotworx. The girls in Midland work hard to keep their place clean, always! Every time I'm in there they are cleaning! They fix their equipment when needed! Super sweet & helpful! The sweat and burn you get becomes addicting. I would usually go to the gym. 3 times a week and have to MAKE myself. With Hotworx I feel bad/guilty of I miss a day.
