This is my first experience with a personal trainer, I interviewed several others but was always intimidated by them. Skye immediately made me feel like she really was there to help me become a healthier me and make it fun while doing so. We discussed my limitations, what I wanted to improve on and we got to work right away. She tailored each workout to what I was able to do on that day and she made it fun and interesting. The only thing missing is a massage room. If you want to get in shape, this is the place!!! I'm super excited.
