Challenging, low impact work out that can be done by all fitness levels! The instructors are great, and the results are awesome!

Reviewing after my first visit... so far so good…read more I was a little underwhelmed when I first checked in. After saying it was my first visit, I didn't receive a "Welcome" or "That's great"... instead, the less than enthusiastic staff member barked "name?" I was handed my key tag and nothing else was said. First impressions are everything. Didn't get a great first impression. So, I apparently was ON MY OWN to figure out everything. Since I came with my 2 little kids so I made my way over to the childcare area. Children's check in went fairly well. The area was somewhat divided by ages. As I could tell, there were, maybe, 3 staff in there. Not overly crowded with kids (around 9:30am). Since I didn't receive a gym tour, I decided to just look around myself. (I later mentioned this to my friend who also comes here and she said you have to ASK to get a tour- every other gym I've been to, they do it automatically. But, like me, she also felt a little underwhelmed her first visit due to this.) There is plenty of equipment in this gym. Bonus, it all appears new and in working order! There was a class going on in the middle of the gym. The instructing was a bit loud and a tad distracting. I had my earbuds in with my volume up and I could still hear the class clear as day. Gym looked clean. There was a worker going around cleaning and emptying trash cans. (I didn't go into the locker room today so I can't comment on them). Crunch appears to be well staffed. Besides the non-so-warm greeting, there were at least a number of workers through the club. Packages: I opted for the "Peak Results" package, which is $29.99/month. This is the one you need if you require childcare. You also get: unlimited classes, tanning, sunless tanning, "camp crunch"?, and hydromassage. My husband signed up for the base package for $9.99/month. He basically just needed access to cardio and weights. I liked that this was an OPEN AGREEMENT as I HATE having to sign contracts. I'm looking forward to becoming a regular at this club... not just to get in shape more, but for my mental health as well. Even having an hour or so away from my kiddos will do wonders for the soul! Giving a 4-star so far with the potential to grow. A knock out greeting, first visit tour and a little enthusiasm from the desk staff would have resulted in a solid 5-star first visit. Ah well.

Came here for work, at first I liked it but it is crowded most of the day. Only option I see is to waste a day to drive 6 hours one-way. Gym is great if you're local but other than that cancelling is a hassle especially when a most people in midland are there to work, making cancelling a hassle is the last thing we'd want to do before going home

I had to sit down to put on my pants every morning because I was unable to balance on one foot. This is my first experience with a personal trainer, I interviewed several others but was always intimidated by them. Skye immediately made me feel like she really was there to help me become a healthier me and make it fun while doing so. We discussed my limitations, what I wanted to improve on and we got to work right away. She tailored each workout to what I was able to do on that day and she made it fun and interesting. Laughter was always a part of the workout which made the time go by fast. Her constant encouragement made me work harder because she believed I could do it. I am so very happy with the results that I have obtained with her help over the last few months that I plan on continuing for as long as possible. Her workout options/plans are flexible and very reasonably priced for the quality of the one on one interaction (even in a group setting) that you get.

Another occasion when I sat on the bench backwards and it was also (a concern to our safety). My friend who remains anonymous was a bystander to everything and he's getting his membership revoked and there is nothing on the cameras that says otherwise. My anonymous friend recently called the employee that got him kicked out and he's in powerlifting and he can't come to these cross-fit classes that we're supposed to teach us proper form (we are both in powerlifting and our coach and his students taught us everything about proper form and we utilize it.) So, then we aren't "cleared to go back", which is just BS because I've seen a guy drop 135 pounds on another individual and he's still coming to the gym I HIGHLY doubt that he had to go through anything to stay, but whenever I make a slight mistake, I'm getting kicked out. I call that shitty customer service (it's not everyone so don't go after them). All and all this gym is pretty cool but these employees have just ruined it for us, because they are taking great strides to kick us out because they just don't like us for whatever reason.
