We scheduled a date for a month later, and they kept to it exactly, showed up on time with a large crew and appropriate equipment, and removed 2 tight to the house cottonwoods and ground the stumps all in one day. The team at Langley were transparent and clear about how to best take care of our trees and revive them. It turns out we were overwatering the maples and it overwhelmed the tree systems. Although this means we'll ultimately have to have a significant amount of the tree pruned, Langley's Tree Specialist went above and beyond to provide me with recommendations, including documentation that I could share with Code Enforcement, to postpone this until January, when the tree would be more able to handle the stress. Such a responsive company! More concerned about the health of the tree than getting the job out o the way and paid for (which I was 100% willing to do to avoid fines, etc.).
